I was having an emergency on the highway and my insurance picked this place to take me after having my car towed. I called ahead to give them a heads up saying “Hey my insurance told me to come to your shop”. The man on the phone just said “Nope. No no no no no, we do NOT have room for you”. I appreciate the heads up but he was so rude and it was definitely unneeded when dealing with the situation I was in.

Can't recommend this place enough. Mike helped me out a jam a few weeks back when I rock wierdly got caught in the brake pad area. He literally dropped what he was doing, took care of it, and was kind and didn't charge, and got me back on the road in 15 mins. Which was key as I was off on a long trip. Every time I have been in there, he has been helpful, and I know I am getting great quality work, honesty, and a good price. He is the epitome of a honest business and home town quality and care.

This place was recommended to me and I'm glad. They are honest and fair. They've done things like only charging me for part of a bottle of fluid they used and interrupting their day to do a quick and easy repair for me right there at the pump.

Mike is simply the best. As a young woman, I have had a difficult time in Bozeman finding an honest mechanic that doesn't "man-splain" and upcharge me. Mike is realistic about what I need to have done and what the cost looks like. I would never go anywhere else.
