Simple jerk out of the ditch not 5 miles from their location on a quiet road = 440.00! I've been towed over 4x that distance for half the $. Never again. EDIT: It was not 30' off the road. I drive that road 4 days a week and the marks are still there, check it out.

Had an appointment created from insurance roadside assistance and was confirmed by both the company and my insurance app, and then the appointment was canceled for no reason by the company.This left me stranded and scrambling. Very unprofessional. I would have at least liked a call explaining my cancelation.

Fast service, friendly driver, very helpful and professional! I went to leave from work and my power steering went out suddenly. Called my insurance roadside assistance number and they sent someone right away. The ETA was 90-120 minutes and he was there in 30. Got my car loaded up, dropped me off at home on the way to the mechanic of my choice. Much better experience than the last tow I got with a different company. Thanks so much!

Louis deserves a major bonus ?10/10 for his knowledge and dedication. Not only did he get my car started but he saved me $719. Louis made sure to stay with me until I had a solution for my car. He saw my son in the car and knew I didn’t have any family close by. I had an hour and a half drive ahead of me. I am thankful for his dedication, effort, and expertise. Thanks to him I am able to sleep in my own bed tonight without spending any extra unnecessary money. Thank you Louis. And thanks for putting up with my sensitive butt.

Broke down late Friday, spent all day Saturday to get AAA arranged only to spend another night in our car until Sunday. To then be told Sunday it would be Monday before we could get help. Crystal (?) immediately called us when I got off phone with AAA. “We Got You! I’m sending my 4 door truck so your family can all travel back together. Your not spending another night in the car. Louis was our driver. He was there before expected and very social. Had a pleasant and safe ride home.

We have Roadside Assistance with our brand new vehicle. After needing to utilize this service today, they were "unable to find someone to help you". I then called Kendall Ford to let them know and shortly after I got a call from Josh with Bozeman Road Rescue saying that they would certainly come help me after their driver finished another call. I thanked him for helping.Later, he called to touch base as the Roadside Assistance company was blowing up his phone...our too ??. He remained cool, calm and collected! Mr. Gabriel soon arrived and got us all taken care of. Gabriel was professional, efficient, attentive and personable! We appreciate his attention to detail and taking the time to explain things to us! He's a great hand!!!Very, very pleased with Bozeman Road Rescue and recommend 10/10!Service: Special vehicle towing

We were in a very scary situation 40 miles outside of Bozeman, flat tire -26 degrees. Even though they were backed up for 4 hours they tried their best to get someone to us within the hour to tow us. We braved the cold and changed the tire ourselves but they were so helpful and kind and really went out of their way to get someone to us in a scary situation! Everyone we interacted with was so personable and kind! I would highly recommend this company, good people!Service: Car towing

I used them twice within a week for my wife’s and daughters vehicles. They responded quickly to my daughter, and on the Friday before the 4th of July, it took them a little longer to get to my wife, but that was to be expected. Helped them both each time and did good work.
