I spoke to Brendan about a used car today. I am out-of-state and would need to either fly in or have the car shipped. Since I couldn't take a test drive, he went out to the vehicle and personally inspected it for me to address some concerns I had. In the end the car wasn't a perfect fit, but the honesty, transparency and quality customer service Brendan showed me was enough to gain my personal recommendation for anyone in the Bozeman area looking to buy a vehicle.

Don Olson went above and beyond to help us. We were traveling from Arizona to our vacation home in West Yellowstone when a rock hit our sunroof on our F150 and cracked it. Don worked with our insurance company to get our sunroof glass replaced. The install was professional. We can’t thank Don and your service department enough for the quick and excellent service provided to us. We will be buying our next F150 from Kendall Ford. We purchased a 2023 Expedition from Kendall Ford last year. The customer service through that process was excellent.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Kendall Ford in Bozeman, I drove over from Butte to check them out, and Brendan, our salesman, was absolutely amazing through the whole process, while making sure I got into a car that fit my needs and wants. After a few weeks of having it, Brendan still checked in with me to make sure everything was still smooth sailing! I highly recommend them and Brendan to anyone looking to get into a new car!!
