I am taking this opportunity to recognize Jason Santistevan for helping me today with my Jeep Cherokee and acknowledge his excellent customer service skills. On my first day of vacation I encountered some key/ignition issues and thought my vacation was about to turn into a nightmare. Jason offered me assistance, looked into expedited service and stayed on the phone with me as I tried several of his recommended manipulations on my vehicle. I am so grateful for Jason's help, knowledge and attention to detail. It is heart warming to know there are still great customer service mangers that really care.

I typically try to stay local but in this case, the honesty, warranty and best in state price had us drive 2 hours and we are pleased with the service!

Anything that you need done basically goes to the express lane. Need to drop off super early and they might need to keep the vehicle for multiple days. Took over three days just to get snow tires put on my Grand Cherokee. You guys ever hear of an appointment system? They didn’t even start working on my Jeep until the third day but they had to keep it in the line before starting. Terrible waste of time dealing with Billion Jeep. When I buy my gladiator I’m going out of town to buy it.

Melissa is amazing! From helping us with our vehicle purchase, to answering any questions I have, to looking out for our next vehicle... she has been on top of it. Anything I have brought to her she has taken the time to help me with. If she doesn't have the answer she finds out. She has gone above and beyond for us since we met her last September. Thank you Melissa! And great job Billion, for having such an outstanding human being working for you!

Needed a new key fob programmed. Charged us $200 and it didn't work. Took it back and they said the key fob was bad!! What? charged us $200 to program a defective key fob? The manager, of course, was in a "meeting" and not available. The employee (female) who we contacted said it was not their fault and they would not refund money. She was quite rude. Oh but she said she would have the manager call us when he was available. I know it is shocking, but he/she never called.

We had such a great experience with Dain at Billion. The process was seamless, he was direct and honest. We are extremely happy with our purchase and will absolutely use Dain and Billion again in the future.

Bought a brand new 2022 ram here, still under warranty, was told they cannot fix it, the warranty won't cover it. Waiting on an update that will not be out for 6-12 months. For something that has no power, a simple volt meter proved that. I have no backup camera, control of heat or or air conditioning, radio, etc.... I even offered to just pay for the new center console no one got back to me for a quote. Save your time. What a joke. Wish the dealership would honor their end of the deal.

IF YOU ARE HERE TO FOR ADVICE AS TO GO WITH BILLION DODGE SERVICE BOZEMAN**DO NOT !!!**This has become very personal for us and our wish is to protect others from our COSTLY experience!! . Seems Billion Dodge Bozeman needs some accountability for poor service, communication and lack of ANY timeframe,. A month and still no fix for a 2010 DODGE RAM, ignition switch and heater zone actuator Most definitely the worst amount of communication possible, first coming in non-personal texting and although now being contacted personally, no timeframe given or apology of any kind for the fact we have been having to deal with not having our vehicle for a month.(AND COUNTING) It does us no good to respond here, however on the outside chance this could be forwarded to an individual who can compensate us for our personal hardships being without transportation and having to burden others because of Billion Bozeman's lack of care!!Never having felt strongly enough to badly review a product or service before, will be quite clear, Putting out as much effort as possible to protect anyone and all from the bad experience costs and difficulties BILLION DODGE BOZEMAN has created.ZERO STARS UNFORTUNATELY ARE NOT AN OPTION

Stopped here to get a quick oil change. While the wait was long (2 hours) a very comfortable waiting area with refreshments made it easy. Very friendly staff. If I lived in this area, it would be my go-to service center.

Given the opportunity would have given 0 stars (not an option)Absolute lack of communication, no responses to my inquiries about a service repair that was SCHEDULED, 15 days prior. Have NO idea if/or when the vehicle will be done, what the repair entailed, & what the estimated cost will be. NOTHING? Pointing out that it was very difficult on our end making transportation plans and modifying our schedules to be sure the vehicle was on-site and available for Billion Bozeman as requested. At this point Id take the vehicle back, go elsewhere!!!!!!! Our Inquiries have fallen on deaf ears.......Hoping others don't fall into the same situation as ours! Good luck.Sound Familiar Billion?

Terrible experience with Billion Dodge. They refused to honor my contract that I have from them for tires for life. I have the contract and the previous receipt from previous tire purchase. It was a deal that was made when I bought my vehicle. They shreded their copy so mine is the only copy left. They also dropped all of my services out of their system so it doesn't show any but the recalls. Find a more reputable dealership to do business with.
