The lady that runs the service department for the dodge/jeep department is great. I'm almost 2000 miles from home. I was really nervous when my jeep broke down but when I talked to her she recommended a towing company and has worked with my Warrenty department to make sure all the repairs would be covered. She has kept me updated thru this whole process and has dealt with my worries and everything else I bother her abt with complete respect and patients. Thank you for all your help. Can't wait to get my jeep back!!!

We are new to town, brought our truck in with an unexpected issue without calling ahead. Everyone was so very helpful. We will be coming back for future service, hopefully all planned.

Well, I have had nothing but years of terrible experiences at Billion, I go back only because of Zach in Jeep service.While I believe your management and sales team are completely incompetent and rude, Zach has always taken very good care of me. It’s like he’s trying to make up for all the things wrong at your dealership (and there are MANY) without even knowing it. Thank you Zach for taking such good care of me!Zero stars for your dealership, a hundred stars for Zach.

They were so nice!! I was kind of in a rush and I wasn’t sure if they could get me in for an oil change because it was about half an hour until the end of their workday but I went in, and they changed my oil and put in a new filter in about half an hour! Great service and some incredible people!

They have serviced my car for the last 2 years. Very good. Very professional and polite. Tell you how long and are pretty accurate on time. Never had a problem.

Disappointing experience overall. Took double the time to install the part I had ordered. I had to initiate all communication regarding my car and then they tried to charge me almost $300 more than quoted. Picked up my car and immediately had lights on and issues. Returned it to be fixed and waited over 3 days before a technician could even look at my car. Was never offered a loaner vehicle and I live over an hour away. Had to call them daily for updates and finally reach out to the manager. Was then told different information by the manager and my service technician which raised a lot of concern and doubt. My car was finally fixed but then I was told I needed to replace a part totaling $1600 for an issue my car never had before I took it in. Finally went to pick it up and let them know I would be coming. Took 30 minutes for them to locate my vehicle when I was told it was parked in the lot outside. Overall - poor communication and lack of trust in their quality of service and capabilities of their technicians.

Service rating: I scheduled a service appointment to troubleshoot a rattle in my dash. While my vehicle was there they also completed a recall and an oil change for me which I appreciate. I understand that noises and non mechanical failures can be time consuming and difficult to diagnose/fix, but I don't appreciate being given false information. My vehicle was in the shop for 4 days, during that time, whenever i would call I would be told that the technician was working his way from one end of my dash to the other to be very thorough (I appreciate that!). By day 4 of the same information I was able to speak with someone who gave me the recommendation to pick up my vehicle and bring it back in spring or summer.When I picked up my vehicle it was clear that my dash had not been taken apart to find the noise at all... which is understandable seeing as the service dept. Is very busy and everywhere is understaffed in town.What I don't appreciate is the dishonesty. If i would have been told bring it back in the spring/ we are too busy to dedicate time to a big project like this that isn't a mechanical failure or we might have your vehicle for weeks... i would have understood and waited.I want to say that I do reccomend this dealership and service dept. As they are great overall and the work they do, they do well. I just think more transparency and less sugar coating would be best.Thank you

These guys were wonderful to me. I came to them with a major issue. My 2017 Jeep Cherokee needed the rear differential to be replaced and I had to move 4 weeks after I brought my car to them. They got it diagnosed quick and put in the order for the part. Tara was the best and I was able to call her whenever I needed. She always kept me in the loop and when the part came, (just in time), they made sure it got installed extremely quickly. Thank you to the tech who stayed late night to get it done. I’m packing up my things this weekend and heading out, so all I can say to billion, Tara and the mechanics who did everything is THANK YOU X 100000!!!

Olivia is great. Now, made an appointment a month ago. When I dropped it off the worst customer service person I’ve ever encountered, Zack, said we are running behind. That guy needs to be in a cubicle pushing paper. Four days later my truck had not even been looked at. Olivia was communicating with me. I picked it up after 4 days. Few days later I went to the service department and asked to speak to the service manager. A few minutes later he walked into his office and said,”you wanted to see me.” No hi, how are you, introduction, hand shake etc. i explained my situation. All he kept saying is how short staffed they are, no apology. I asked if they ever call people with appointments and say we are running behind, can you bring your vehicle a few days later. All I got was excuses; sorry but won’t be backMark Amberson

Billion Auto Group was able to get me an appointment quickly for a recall on my vehicle. When I arrived at my appointment the service team was very professional and started on my vehicle immediately. My vehicle was completed while I waited and they got me on the way in a reasonable time.

I bought a brand new 2023 Nissan Altima from Billion Nissan of Bozeman, MT in December 2022. Not too long after bringing my new car home, I noticed that there was a musty smell coming from the vents when the AC was turned on. Since the car was so new and is under warranty, I decided to take it in to Billion Nissan to see if they could find the issue. They ended up telling me they couldn't duplicate the issue but sprayed sanitizer in the vents for good measure. With the weather warming even more, I was using my AC more frequently and the smell was getting worse - especially after the car sat outside in the sun. And to make matters worse, I was noticing mold on the ground of my garage right below where the car was normally parked. I made another service appointment with Billion Nissan and was once again told they couldn't duplicate the issue, but this time they didn't do anything to even try to fix it. During the height of Summer 2023, I was getting fed up and decided to try a third time with Billion Nissan service, but this time I took my car to another shop in town first to see if they could give me some advice. Their expert opinion was that there was likely a block somewhere in the EVAP system and to have Billion Nissan specifically look at the evaporator next time I take it in. A Nissan dealer needed to do the work since my car is under warranty. I took my car into Billion Nissan for a third time, armed with this knowledge. Instead of taking my concern seriously, the service advisor (Heather) rudely told me that I was causing the issue by using the recirculation function in the car too often and that fresh air needed to flow through the car more often. This directly contradicts common knowledge regarding using the recirculation in hot weather: greasemonkeydirect.com/b… After many conversations back and forth where I begged them to look at the EVAP system, I was told they weren't going to waste 6+ man hours on the job when they couldn't duplicate the issue. When I got the receipt from my visit, the service advisor attached to the job had been changed to the service manager (who I never even talked to), likely to avoid Heather getting a bad review from not taking her client seriously and doing her due diligence. After three attempts at working with Billion Nissan to fix this issue that kept getting worse (especially during the 100+ degree days we had this summer), I started a case with Nissan Corporate. Billion Nissan sabotaged the case by telling them it was an owner created issue from using the recirculation button too often. Billion Nissan, and by extension Nissan Corporate, were never going to actually do their jobs to fix this issue, so I decided to take my car to Denny Menholt Nissan over in Billings. I told them everything I had gone through, all the symptoms I was running into, and my theory about the EVAP system. After just one visit, they found a blockage in the EVAP system, cleaned the system out, and fixed the issue that has been bothering me in my new car for almost a year at this point. This is all because they actually listened to their customer and DID THEIR JOB. If you've gotten this far in this review, I strongly suggest you avoid Billion Nissan at all costs. Their service advisors and their techs are incredibly lazy, do not listen to or believe their customers, and practice shady tactics to ensure their reviews stay high despite bad customer experiences. Since I live in Bozeman and will need a reliable place to complete warranty service going forward (and would rather not drive to Billings every time I need service), I am strongly considering trading in my not-even-a-year-old car because of how badly Billion Nissan treats their customers. I will never be returning to Billion Nissan and implore you to do the same.

Came in for an oil change and had an issue with an oil filter cap on a wrangler, this turned into a service department task. Unfortunately service didn’t have any availability for many weeks out, which was no good cause I needed an oil change desperately. Tara and Carl we super fantastic about getting this issue resolved. They had me show up the following week, and got us taken care of. Very grateful for both of them and their willingness to get the issues corrected!

Great sales team. Me and my wife were taking care very well. Very happy with my new Ram truck. Thank you Dain for all your help ? **Service side seems pretty slow but gunna give the benifit of the doubt. They may be backed up weeks for all I know.
