This place it LOVELY I took my kitty in because she had some tummy issues and hadn’t been to the vet before. The vet was amazing! She sent us home with meds and everything we needed PLUS gave me advice for my other kitty at home. The process was easy and painless for kitty and me! But most of all it was timely. I was in and out and spent WAY LESS than I thought I was going to spend. As I write this I forgot the last name of the doctor that helped and I know it’s rude to call doctors by their first name- but thank you anyway Jessica!

The front office staff, with the exception of the sweet mature woman, are Absolutely Horrific people and completely incompetent. They let non-vet tech people answer the phone and ask/answer medical questions. Dr. Palmer however is fantastic…but, not worth enduring the arrogance and disrespect one must to see her. After reading the other views… One can see a clear trend.

Baxter Creek is now caring for our 3 dogs!
We moved here last year and were so happy that we found Baxter Creek.
Our labs get into a lot of mischief and our 12 year old adopted dog has diabetes.
We feel comfortable and know that our” babies” are in the best hands .
Everyone is kind and attentive .
We are very , very ,happy with their care.

Despite the fact that my significant other has been a client for years when his dog needed surgery he was told that payment plans were not an option and he could pick his dog up and hope for the best. There is a sign next to their fish tank that indicates prior arrangements can be made for payment. I would think that offering a payment plan would be much more appealing than sending a dog home to die. Honestly they should be ashamed!

Refused to make any type of arrangements with me to pay a $5000 estimate for surgery. Happy to charge me almost $600 for suspecting an intestinal blockage and send me home with my dying 1 1/2 year old golden.

These people are fantastic. They have been nothing but great to me and my dog Bonnie. Very accommodating, patient and receptive. I absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. Genuinely please and impressed with Baxter Creek

The staff were all friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions, were communicative, accommodating, and promptly called after I left to remedy a small misunderstanding. I feel confident calling and asking for whatever I need! During the visit Dr. Anderson was the embodiment of calm, supportive, and understanding. He handled my cat with great care, gave thorough and clear explanations to my questions, and offered up helpful information when I didn't know what to ask. His demeanor created an environment where I did not feel pressured nor manipulated into making a decision, but rather felt empowered to make an informed choice that worked for my circumstances while also doing what was best for my cat. Frankly, one of the best vet experiences I have had across both large and small animal. Thanks! We can't wait to bring in our new puppy!

We had a great experience at Baxter Creek! The vets are knowledgeable and always take time to answer questions and explain things. The front desk staff are very helpful and professional. We moved away and it’s going to be hard to find another vet!

I have nothing but great things to say about Baxter Creek. The whole staff is incredibly caring and make it easy to do business there. The Vets do a great job of talking through the medical side in a way that is easy to understand and make an educated decision. I've used Baxter Creek almost exclusively for the last 13 years. Through regular checkups and urgent matters. They are wonderful about getting an appointment in a timely manner.

I’ve used this vet for years but my last trip was depressing because I came in with two itchy dogs and the vet briefly looked at them then just recited some common knowledge about causes of itchy ness in dogs, and charged me $136 for that….. dogs are still itchy, it was obvious the vet had no clue.

Baxter Creek Veterinary Clinic is an example of what a Vet Clinic ought to be - friendly, professional, remembering your dog - outstanding service. Dr. Arakaki remembered our dog on a recent visit and was gentle and thorough - love his practical approach and answering all questions in a calm manner. His mannerism keeps our dog calm which makes for an easy visit. Only place to take your pet!

I called in cause my dog was vomiting due to wrong food intake and spices that he is prohibited to intake , I spoke to a lovely lady with great attitude her name is Melinda , she gave me appointment at 9:30 am they didn’t have any availability however she checked me in around 9:30 am , I arrived at 9:20 she checked me in very quick , I saw a doctor immediately the whole place has peaceful vibe the doctor was very patient and explained everything in details and what dog should digest and what not , he offered us what needs to be done I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything he gave us options and prices for everything before doing anything to the dog and it’s reasonable and Affordable for what I needed , doctor is so kind , professional , patient and not rushing you , he took the dog 5 mins later his assistant came with everything and the medicine needed super fast service super professional and kind people I totally recommend this place for anyone confused where to go as I was but now I know where I will go anytime my dog needs something thank you Melinda and thank you doctor ?

I've tried a lot of different vets over my years in Bozeman. There have been some great ones and some not so good. I would rank Dr. B and Baxter Creek vets as one of the best. I know my dog Kit is always in good hands with Dr. B and Baxter Creek Vets. JB
