Barnes & Noble is a large and busy bookstore with a wonderful, pleasant experience. It offers plenty of different books, genres, a great game selection, and a gift area. The store has a beautiful and colorful selection. The staff is excellent, providing super nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous customer service. The in-store Starbucks cafe is a nice touch, offering a place to enjoy alongside the smell of new books. The family enjoys this store very much.

Wonderful help finding the first 2 books in a series I accidentally collected the last two in. My experience there is always positive. Great customer service and great counter help. The people there are excellent.
