Everyone was sharp and helpful. Josh is the absolute man. He is calm and able to help you with any question. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed quickly and helped me get the best deal for my money. These guys are on it. Honest and good at their jobs. I drove 5 hours to specifically go to this store.

I went into the Bozeman AT&T store to discuss international plans and about $1000 in billing discrepencies. After a 20 minute wait (even though I had an appointment) I started going through the stack of bills I brought page by page. I was calm and not yelling. The agent I was assigned to told me I could leave the store. I was taken aback wondering if I heard him right, as again, I was very calm and not yelling. I did indeed hear him correctly. His unprovoked arrogant rudeness was so inappropriate I didn’t even know how to respond. I am a business owner and would never speak to anyone much less a client the way this man spoke to me. I was so rattled by this man I immediately drove to the Verizon store where I unexpectedly became tearful after being so shaken by the way this man treated me. It is unacceptable and AT&T needs to do something about it. I was spoken to in a way no man should speak to a woman, and in a way no customer service agent should speak to a paying customer. In the meantime AT&T has still not resolved my billing issues, including unauthorized add-ons, charges for two devices I do not own and have never owned, and failure to credit me for trade in promotions. I have tried repeatedly to report this Bozeman agent and to get my bill corrected and have yet to reach an agent capable of doing either. I refuse to ever step foot in the Bozeman AT&T store ever again and every time I try to call AT&T I am put on endless holds and transferred from department to department with my call dropped multiple times. I must say the Verizon store was far more professional (the agent I worked with was extremely kind; he sympathized with my At&T store experience and told me he left them to go to Verizon)- they must be doing something right because they had 5x the agents working in a much more professional environment. As I write this, I have been on hold for 30 minutes and counting with AT&T wireless business after a very frustrating 5 minutes of auto prompts (they tell you if you are a business client you have access to immediate support; not true).

The guys helped me out and didn't just sell me a phone for their own benefit. They took time to address my concerns and come up with a solution best for me instead of their wallet. Doesn't happen very often.

A rush of people came in around the same time but they were very prompt on getting us on a wait list. Josh did excellent at explaining everything and gave suggestions based off our needs.

The service I received at this store was above and beyond, and then beyond some more! After speaking with Michael and Devin at an event my employer hosted, I had a few reservations about changing carriers and upgrading my phone after so many years. Michael was prompt in following up with me by phone and email, answering every question I had and sending me a couple different quotes to fit my needs. I work in Bozeman but live out of state, so I had been waiting until I was back in town to sign up for service. Michael went out of his way to call and remind me about the trade-in promotion they were offering and said that I could set up my account over the phone before the deadline to take advantage of the credit. Devin patiently spent over an hour on the phone with me to order my new phone and get my account established, only for me to find out that I wouldn’t be back in Bozeman for another month. Michael then mailed my new phone with simple instructions to activate it, and I was able to turn in my old phone at my local AT&T store with no hiccups. He followed up with me several times to make sure everything worked smoothly, and was kind enough to double check my iPad’s compatibility with their service. After discovering that it would work, he mailed me a sim card that I was able to easily switch at my local store. The friendly, personalized service that I received (and continue to receive) from Michael and Devin is absolutely TOP NOTCH. They both have a way of explaining things simply and without judgement, and set my mind at ease throughout the process of switching phones and carriers.
