Deli rotisserie chicken made me vomit :’(
Went in and their customer service wasn’t in so couldn’t issue me a refund, but the manager I talked to was nice and agreed with me that she has been sick from Albertsons deli items too!
Nice staff, rancid deli food!

Terrible experience
Goods marked at 50 % not able to ring up at register. I go from front left corner to milk section to get another item and wait in line again to have the older teller make me feel guilty that I showed her it should be a discount item. Not her fault but what I supposed to do after wasting my time, just pay extra so she doesn't get triggered? I guess us pesky customers will help out and go to a different store. Sorry for participating.

Friendly deli staff,lots of produce store was nice and clean. No checkouts were open and I had a full trolley. There was only one tattooed piereced and warn out staff member who looked like they'd rather be anywhere else than there.
Carpark was clean and there were plenty of trolleys (carts) available.

Kendi in self check out was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was sooo kind, patient and helpful with some steaks that were ringing up with the incorrect advertised sale price. (All while having the other machines needing help, too) Ya’ll need to give this gem a raise. Service with a smile…Thank you Kendi!

The past months I have been to Albertsons I have had the inconvenience of interacting with an employee who makes sarcastic and unfriendly remarks. He makes the simple experience of going to pick up groceries truly unenjoyable. I hope that management can hire someone less disappointing.

Worst produce in town, I’ve given it several tries and the produce is always old and often moldy! Even if I find something that looks ok it usually goes bad a day or 2 later. I will drive further to not get produce at Albertsons.

Unless you have all day to wait in line I strongly suggest you go to any other grocery store in town besides this one. They never have more than one checker working no matter how busy they are but always seem to be able to have at least 3 employees standing by the self check stations laughing and talking. I have never seen a grocery store so poorly run. With all the other options in Bozeman I suggest going some where that has a small amount of competence.

I had a really great experience here. Everything was nicely organized, the place was clean, the prices seemed fair, and the staff were friendly. Albertsons is my go-to grocery store back home, so this gave me a sense of familiarity and met all my expectations.

I am a little frustrated because I had a very unpleasant encounter with someone from customer service. I DoorDash and went to customer service to pick up an order Yet nobody was around. Someone was finally called twice.Young lady Was kind enough to see if I was help and confirmed my order was ready. However, since it wasn’t her department, she wasn’t allowed to tell me the groceries.The employee Running customer service rushed up to the front and was very rude. He gave me sarcasm and said I was going to have to wait because he Had a deadline for one of his orders. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, I finally got my order With some more sarcasm. I am not the type to complain, however, kindness goes along way!
