Northern Hydraulics website said they had a gear pump in stock that I needed right away - I chose worldwide express as a shipping method which was $101 USD assuming it would make it to us in less then a week. I followed up a week later via telephone and their staff member said they didn’t have it in stock and it was as least 2 weeks away. He also mentioned this type of things happens all the time - but did provide a refund right away. With Canadian conversion through Visa we paid $498.34 CAD and when the refund was processes we received $469.48 CAD. Due to conversion rates they ended up with $28.86 CAD for producing nothing. I would call before ordering through their website.

Bought a hydraulic pump and within 5 minutes the shaft sheared off the pump.Perry called me directly and was very helpful and wanting to assist in figuring out the issue.Rather than giving him a chance to rectify the issue I wrote a bad review and have now rectified that as I reacted without giving them a chance to fix the issue.
