“Most of the people are very helpful. I enjoy going to the store. But today was different. Went to he deli and they didn’t have any chicken and the answer I got was when they are done and walked off. Then we went over to look at some seasoned ribs and the sign said $2.99. They were marked $3.47. We told them they were miss marked and they pulled the sign and said that they were $3.49. And if you don’t like it buy them somewhere else. The deli area really needs to learn some customer service. I will still shop the store but will not buy anything from the deli again.”

“Had to get a mini fridge for my truck. Called the night before to see if they had the model i was looking for. Sure enough they did. Got there at 08:00 on a saturday morning. Plus members get in at that time. Ladies were all very nice and helpful. Was able to use my Sams card and the extra 43$ of credits. Got my rig in and out. Parked by Cabellas with the other RVs. Worked perfectly. Wish all Walmart stores and employees were as nice as Sams”

“On Jan. 25, 2024, My dear friend and I checked out the new Shamrock Foodservice location on Main in the Billings Heights. My friend is disabled and the first thing that impressed us was the convenient parking and entryway.Fran was delightful upon entering with a layout of the store. We took our time and had several encounters with all the employees who were VERY pleasant and helpful. They all seemed genuinely happy to be there. ?We checked out and Jesse went out of his way to escort us and our things to our car and made sure we were safe and sound to our car as the winter has been really bad here lately with ice and cold weather and we also have a high crime rate which was a couple reasons underlying my true appreciation for the whole experience.Rates at the top for our experiences in this town as of late. A HUGE Thank you to all involved. It truly made our day!!!”
