Try calling them yourself and attempt to get a teller to answer. Not a single local branch will pick up the phone. 10 attempts with no answer.

The heights branch is horrible at answering phones, I go to the one on 27th. I don’t care for this location. I only thing I do up there is use the ATM if it’s working properly, most of the time the atm is down.

Closing my accounts at this Bank. They put a hold on a large certified check for 10 days. They never answer the phone, call the 800 number wait for 45 minutes, they can't help anyway because it's over a certain amount. Not many other banks do this. If you deposit on Saturday it doesn't clear until Tuesday! Taking my 2 businesses and personal account elsewhere.

My brother and I have been dealing with this bank since our mother passed away in September. Its been a total nightmare. To just get our names on her checking / savings account took over 4 hours. Now we are trying to close the ira account and it's a constant excuse after excuse. They have all the required paperwork and it shouldn't take this long.

Friendly people, good customer service, close to our home, never have to wait too much. I do recommend.

today I went into this branch for the first time since moving here. I will drive to a different branch from now on (even if it's out of the way) because I completely wasted time going there today. I went in to get some charges removed that should not have been applied in the first place. I was very polite and understanding with the banker (knowing she wasn't the one personally responsible for assessing fees) she went back and forth to the branch managers office twice. both times she would not remove these fees. not once did the branch manager come speak to me or introduce his/herself. she could have called Wells Fargo phone services to resolve this ( I have worked for wells Fargo at a different branch before and I know this is next step to solving a problem for a customer) none of these actions were taken even after I expressed that I would be calling Wells Fargo phone bank, and possibly closing my accounts. I called as I left the branch. I simply explained the situation regarding fees. without even needing to bring up my poor customer service in branch, my fees were reversed without any questions asked. if it was this easy to help over the phone it should have been easier to help me when I took time to drive to a location and go in for help.

I have always been impressed with the staff's attentiveness when I call or stop in. Very good people to deal with.

They have good enough customer service but their hours are NOT customer friendly AT ALL. They are supposed to be there to service the customer at the customers convenience, not the other way around.

Very nice people, nice to deal with them. We had to wait a while (about 30 seconds - 1 minute) when I entered the building), but all my problems quickly and amicably decided. After the visit, the manager called me and asked - not whether I have any additional concerns or questions. Thank you!
