They know that they aren't delivering packages, so they make you wait in a line with a dozen other people for a half hour for them to grab your package. There's only one register open, and they like to make small talk. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, except see the aforementioned half hour wait. It's a great way to spend an afternoon.

Package couldn't be delivered because no one was able to sign but they took it to the community apt mailbox...not sure how anyone is supposed to sign. Now have to wait to pick up my package..wasting the whole point of delivery.

Super helpfully and friendly everytime I go in. I won't go to another post office location because the other are all snappy and have attitudes when asked anything

Mail delivery to apartment complex is terrible,, I frequently receive other people’s mail in my mailbox ,, I always put the mail back in the out box ,, but if I am receiving other’s mail this often it leads me to wonder how frequently someone else gets my mail, and if so they may not turn it back to post office,, this is a huge blunder ,,and by frequently ,,I am estimating this happens at least one time per month,, mail may be forA totally different building, and or, different apartment number!! Very frustrating,, mail needs to be sorted more closely,, I amRight now awaiting a package that should have arrived early this week andI am wondering if it was delivered to the wrong people and they didn’t turn it back?? Also would be nice if you could actually call and speakTo a representative about this problem,, but you never get a person to talk to

Mail delivery in the Billing Heights is horrible. I'm lucky to receive my mail 1× a week. Today is 1/17/23, I've received mail 2× this year, and when I did receive mail, it was bills..... late, post marked 9 days prior

Worst EVER service from this USPS! 59105 zip codeThe delivery to McGirl road is almost non-existent! We have not received mail since 12-28-22 and the post office (email) shows that we were supposed to have 19 items delivered since the 12-28-22!! 4 items are checks and 2 Montana vehicles titles ??

I have send more than 10 packages through mail using this post office in the last month. My packages arrive fast and with no issues. They even print out my labels. Employees are friendly and helpful.
