Local USPS is terrible. They NEVER fulfill scheduled package pick-up requests unless you complain to the Postmaster, nor do they leave a slip in your mailbox if they are unable to deliver a package. These employees are exceptionally lazy and unsuited to handle mail of any sort.

To describe a place like USPS is like describing a nightmare,compared to other businesses it's supposed to be a government agency and assisting the public with mail delivery, especially if that mail is Priority mail Express.The envelope has been sent from Great Falls Montana to Belgrade Montana on Friday afternoon August 23rd and until today August 25th I have not seen it arriving at my post office mailbox, now the update which is attached in the screen shot showing the shipment is going to be delivered on August 26th by 9 PM.Are you kidding me?.I have never seen such junky service anywhere else in the world besides USA. Might as well say "BURRO EXPRESS Mail" than priority express mail ! Considering the fact that you are paying $30.45 and you are expecting urgent mail to arrive on time and that's why you paid 10 times more, nevertheless it never showed up.
Back in the old days when donkeys, burros and horses carried the mail were even faster than that.To my knowledge and understanding that this shipment is coming on an old burro that might have either lost its way or gone to the wilderness unfound. Unbelievably pathetic.

Samantha at the 27th street location saved me. Passports are confusing and she went out of her way and gave me VIP service and didn't need to. Thank you for your help! I noticed everyone is quick to give a review when things go wrong. These people work their buns off with no recognition! Ten stars if I could.

My package always gets stuck here for days while in transit. It was once here for about a week until I called and they had no idea why it was still sitting there. I'm located in Missoula and I have worked at a ups store. I know that it should not take this long and it's due to laziness.

Can't say anything good about this center. Nothing priority about priority mail. Everything takes 2 days to get thru this center. Every package is on time coming thru the system until it gets here. Horrible.

This place should actually get zero stars. Supposedly my package is in my mailbox, but I didn't see it there. Someone needs to talk to the person delivering packages. They may not be your stuff, but at least make sure they go where they need to go. Ever since December, the quality has been dropping at an alarming rate like if they don't care anymore. This place is a waste of tax payer money. Last week my package actually got delivered, but this time I am going back to not having faith in these guys.
