Came by on a Saturday at 11am to check my mailbox and the doors are locked. The Saturday hours are 8:30 am to 3 pm. I am expecting an important delivery. This is unacceptable. How hard is it to unlock a door?

I mail stuff to my daughter in Helena often and the staff is so nice and helpful. I'm never ready when I arrive but the staff never fails to be patient and they always get me the best deal.

It's not illegal to film in a post office. Educate your staff on rules and regulations of the PUBLIC post office and quit losing packages.

The staff is very helpful. Rain. Shine, Snow or Hail, they get the job done. Many recent complaints about stimulus check delays in the mail. Common sense tells me that 15 million paper checks and 5 million EIP cards getting dropped on USPS at one time is going to take days to process. I appreciate ALL they do. Thanks for your service to our community.

This place is rude and ovbiously doesnt care about public perception. People should just learn, when a camera is on, act good. I cant believe there are individuals who still dont understand this... A short 15 minute video posted online about this post office shows EVERYTHING thats wrong with it.

Normally a long time here, I'll drive to 15th if I'm in a hurry. Seems like they are always understaffed, but the person I see is helpful and polite even though you can see they are overwhelmed and worn out.

Staff is rude, condescending, impatient, don't offer solutions, and have horrific personal customer service. Branch #1 as to why USPS is bankrupt and should be dissolved.

This is an old historic postal building in the center of town. I walked in to buy some postcard stamps and there was no one in there but me. The postal clerk was very nice and quick in getting the transaction taken care of and I was on my way in just minutes.

The post office here arbitrarily decided to close starting at 6pm. They have done this off and on and it's a massive inconvenience for anyone who works until 5 or 6. Administration couldn't even be bothered to warn patrons or to re-do the signs outside. There is a slip of paper that explains the closure "due to incidents involving transients," (who chose the language?) that makes it clear that weekend hours are no guarantee.
How am I supposed to plan picking up my mail - the service I pay for as a PO Box customer - when I cannot trust the hours?
