I’ve had multiple problems with this place. And most times when I call in here to resolve an issue I’ve had with packages, they are very rude. I just get the feeling that they don’t care to help me out with issues that I have no control over.

Today Tawny and Kristin helped me help a Spanish speaking family send important paperwork internationally. It was a long, arduous process. Both Tawny and Kristin remained patient, kind and helpful for the entire hour it took. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate these two ladies!!!

Both of the ladies working were amazing Kristin and Tawny. Thank you for your help. They printed the label that I needed to put inside the package and helped me understand I can contact UPS hub. I’ll call them Monday and hopefully get this package shipped. But it was a great experience this morning above and beyond and great customer service.

The employees at this location are phenomenal especially a gal named Kristin, she is always so friendly and helpful every time I come in the store and she makes my experience wonderful every time! Another gal named Tawny was exceptional as well. I will never go to FedEx store again, I will only go to the UPS store at this location from now on!!! Thank you ladies for your unparalleled customer service and pleasant attitudes!!!
