I live in a rural area, and I have two packages that have been sent back to sender and tracking said the package was undeliverable. FEDEX has delivered many packages to my house without a problem. UPS sucks and no way of contacting anyone.

Bad place to delivery do not Prebook loadBroker said delivery at 7 am they don’t get you until 10:30 Am. Make sure u show a day before if not you will spend all day here waiting they don’t care if you checking first.

I brought a package in that was missent to my house, I walked in and the lady behind the counter was arguing with another customer and once he left instead of changing her attitude towards me she continued to be rude towards me. Very unprofessional and needs to be taken care of....

Driver threw box at our dog and hit him. I confronted him and he said he doesn't have to deliver if dogs are out. We have had the same dogs for 5 years here with no issues with previous driver. New driver yells at dogs and now throws boxes at them. What do u expect? They are dogs. They bark. Got it all on camera and called to complain. They gave me the run around said they would call me back in an hour. 2 and a half hours later I call and they say oh we will call back in a day. Screw UPS. Hire decent people.

Unfortunately, one particular front counter customer service rep creates a negative experience for this location. She continually is on her cell phone, which distracts her from arriving or current in location customers. Displays an attitude towards customers if they are not sure how to complete a form or something is not right with their package. I've had others provide similar feedback regarding the same rep. Name tags/uniforms for these customer service reps should be required to not only help identify who they are, but also provide a more professional and professional appearance given the interactions with customers.

I ship Limited Quantity packages of epoxies that meet the labeling requirements and have been confirmed by the UPS Hazardous Materials Center to be in compliance and acceptable to drop off at this location. The staff has been very rude and refused our shipments multiple times though they are fully in compliance. I’ve even had them call their own hotline and confirm it while I was there. This has cost me customers and repeated headaches due to shipping delays arising from the total lack of Hazardous Materials training at this location. We are a commercial distributor with all of the required training and an account set up to ship even fully regulated shipments. The lack of knowledge is frustrating, but the attitude of the staff toward me is just unacceptable.

overnight delivery did not go out. customer didn't get items and i lost a $300 sale. not happy, will change the review if they contact me with any reasonable reason why they couldn't get this done.

Would've been OK if I didn't have to pay. I had to pay $8 for my free shipping
