This place is so weird. The door was wide open, even with the cash register right there. People were leaving saying that they don't know if anybody is working there or not. I shouted a few times with no response and eventually some guy came walking out in sweatpants looking like he just woke up. Very strange and definitely not professional.

I second that review. Signature required for my $375 order and I’m literally waiting for them to knock and no knock came at all but a notice was posted on my door for me to pick it up once again. They alwaysDO NOT knock at all, I know this because I have him on camera not knocking at all. My previous order was an $800 buy with signature only and I took work off to receive it and they left it at my front door without a signature.

Was told items were breakable in package arrived today box all torn and 2 candle warmers broken when arrived and there is no phone number listed to call

This is not a UPS Store and cannot use the QR codes that Amazon gives in emails for returns. It's located next to a FedEx store and is similar to a Mailboxes Etc. store. The address is correct, but the signage may be a bit confusing, so don't mistake the FedEx store for this one. They are able to relay UPS items with a UPS shipping label on them.

They ship boxes. Here's a tip though... Don't put drugs in the boxes because you might end up in prison.

What a miserable experience. I had a simple Amazon return to complete, usually these take 1 minute. I showed up to this dumpy looking place and joined the line of 3 people in front of me. The employee (a long grey haired guy) didn’t even look up when I walked in and joined this line. He was off near the back corner helping a women with something. After 10 minutes the lady in front of me quietly said, ‘you can have my spot I can’t wait any longer” then she walked out. At this point the employee decides to lift his head and said something like, “fine, just leave then.” Very strange since she said nothing to him. I wait another 5 minutes and this guy looks up to ask if anyone has a package to drop off. I say yes, I have a quick Amazon package to return. He says “I don’t have a scanner,” I ask where is the closest UPS store that can handle an Amazon return. He yells some street name at me and I say that I’m not from Billings and does he have an address. He never responded, never looked up again. Just yuck… yucky place and yucky attitude. Save your time and frustration and go to the UPS Store on Main St., they were extremely professional, and efficient.

Great customer services??!!!!!!
