Synergy Took care of my mother for eight weeks, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. They never missed one shift during that whole time. And the people that Took care of my mother were amazing!

First week of nighttime care for my 96 yr. old mother was fine. The next week one night no one showed up....and the next night we got a call at 2:30 in the morning saying the caregiver needed to leave to pick up her kids??? Can not depend on a company like this for your loved ones.

I can't thank the staff of Synergy enough for jumping in with emergency staffing for my father while we dealt with my mother's hospital stay and then the short notice transition of both of them to Assisted Living. The caregivers were great, all of them kind and patient with my father who has Alzheimer's. An extra shout out to Daniel, Lonnie and Chris who were absolutely fantastic with him. Nikki worked with us the whole time to make sure we were covered and that things went smoothly during the transition to the Assisted Living facility. We very literally could not have made all this happen without the help of the Synergy team.

I truly love my job! The clients are awesome, winsome, kind and appreciative. The administrative staff respect their caregivers and show they care about them. I get to meet and develop relationships with some amazing folks, whom I wouldn't ordinarily meet. If you like people and want to help out those who need a bit of help think about joining the folks with Synergy Homecare in Billings, MT. It's very worthwhile and rewarding work!
