Stewarts House of Vacuums have been in business since I can't remember when. Customer service is the first priority. I had never bought anything from them and needed a repair done on my old vacuum. I walked in expecting to pay $$ and to my great surprise and delight they fixed the problem right then and there, Gave me new parts and they wouldn't take any money for their services. WOW. How often does that happen ?! I have sense bought a new vacuum from them and pray that others give them a try. Awesome business. Thanks Stewarts House of Vacuums. God bless you.Michele Stone

Very good service. Took time to show and explain the various features of the vacuum cleaners we were interested in. Informed us of the services they offer post sale. I purchased my second vacuum cleaner from them and am not disappointed. I recommend Stuart's, especially if, like me, you prefer vacuum cleaners that take bags as opposed to canister vacuums. However, I do miss their "vacuums that grow on poles" that they had at their Grand Ave location -- I found it unique and clever. ?

Amazing. I had ordering the wrong replacement belts myself online for my older Fuller vacuum, and they swapped them out for the right ones without even charging me!

Really great customer service. I use a Kirby and the gentleman who helped me informed me of their Riccar vacuum and even demonstrated for me. I'm very much interested as I care very deeply for a very clean home. Kirby brush belts are a whopping 4.00 a piece fyi. Otherwise, glad they have em, have bags and do repairs. Always the best customer service! Whether in person or on the phone, buying a vacuum or having bags shipped to us in Wyoming, Stuart's is a great example of the way it ought to be done!! Highly recommend!!!

Horrible customer service! Especially after purchasing three 1400$ vacuums ! A 700$ mop! A regular mop and window cleaning set! You would think people who support small businesses and spend as much money as I have would receive great customer service! But NO that’s not the case. You sure had fantastic customer service when I was purchasing my products! I’ll take my business elsewhere

We had an excellent experience here! I had a clogged vacuum with to my surprise was a sock but they got it out super quick and free of charge! They were super nice and very fast and efficient! I would absolutely reccomend them and go there again for any vacuum needs!

Awesome store, products and service. The folks are very nice , honest and capable . Tonight they stayed open past closing time so I could get there with my vacuum, as I was coming from 100 miles away; then they fixed it and sent me on my way at a very reasonable price.My radiance riccar is still doing a great job.

This place is the BEST!! They picked up my vacuum one afternoon and it was ready the next morning! They switched out parts n cleaned it, picked it up and then delivered it back - ALL for a GREAT low price!!! So thankful for them!!!

I purchased a very expensive vacuum from one of Stuart's employees/installers. Since I live in a small 1B apartment, I don't use it all that often. Now, to my dismay, it is not functioning properly. I contacted the man I bought it from more than 7 months ago but nothing has been done. I really don't know who to blame but it should have been replaced or my money refunded. I know the company is very nice but the installer, Charles Clarke apparently isn't!

Great people and awesome service, bring in your broken vacuum pick it up like new or just buy a new model either way these guys will keep you cleaning for years to pass!
