Went in to see about getting the bottom windshield cowl changed on my BMW. Mine was weathered and needed changed. The lady at the front desk took a picture of it, then went to her pc and said to me " this going to very expensive ". I asked how much and why, she told me $805.00 cuz if they break the windshield I will have to pay for a new windshield. Like seriously. You don't need to even mess with the windshield. So I ordered the cowl online for $107.68 and Fast Break will put it on for $100.00. How are you still in business. Speedy Glass ...how do you say "we don't want your business" without actually saying we don't want your business. EDIT: The windshield DOES NOT have to be removed to change the windshield cowl trim. A simple you tube search will show you how it's done.

Speedy glass was awesome to work with and didn’t have an issue with me having to change days up for my glass repair. I will definitely go back for other glass repair needs!

Started off great. Reasonable pricing and the people up front were extremely friendly. Ordered a rear window and had it replaced within 2 weeks. Decent work for the price. Until I found broken glass under my seat. And lots of it. I guess cleaning up after themselves is not part of their job because I was told to go to a detail shop. Told me that I could bring my truck in after some arguing but unfortunately my work schedule interferes too much for me to come by. So I will be cleaning it up. Not a huge deal just unprofessional and unwilling to accept that something they did was their fault. I work in the auto business as well and when we mess something up. You fix it and eat the cost… deal with it.
Update: Speedy Glass reached out to me and I told them where I worked and would like to set up a time. They then brought up an employee of theirs unannounced and ended up having to leave because I was busy as I am a salesman and if I am with a customer I can not leave. They would not reach out to me again and I just cleaned the glass out myself I attached a fourth picture of what I cleaned up. Quite a substantial amount as I had to lift up my carpet and vacuum under it.

Terrible experience. They ruined my molding and now my vehicle looks crappy you can see a flat metal bar sticking out about 1/4 inch and a large gap on both sides on the top corners where there is OBVIOUS gaps where rain snow and air.., pretty much anything can get into and the guy told me to get some RTV sealant to fix the gap... my molding around the windsheild was perfect before i took it there. Do yourself a favor and skip this business. Please spread the post. The guy came out and acted all shmoozy like a car salesman and wouldnt do a thing for me and kept smiling it was very weird. Total rip off

We needed a new windshield in our Subaru, they got us scheduled quickly. The actual install took a little over an hour, looks perfect & the cost was very reasonable.

I was coming through the Billings area. I had intended to have Safelite replace my windshield. But, contacting their local office proved impossible.It proved very easy to contact Speedy Glass. Late Monday afternoon I confirmed that they did have the windshield, for my semi, in stock and set an appointment. First thing Tuesday morning they were at the truckstop to meet me. Windshield was replaced in about 15 minutes. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE! Safelite has lost a customer, who replaces aptleast one or two windshields a year.Service: Auto windshield replacement
