Don't get me wrong I love all my services but let me tell you about this blonde hair lady that works there. She's very stuck up, thinks her stuff don't stink,rudest employee I've ever ran into there and supposedly knows everything. No wonder why she's not a call center rep anymore ? short,blonde hair,fake eyelashes, over done make-up don't ever try to see her there! Someone throw her a cheese burger or 100! ???

This place is an absolute nightmare. They have become a cell company so it now takes 2 hours (no exaggeration) to do anything there. Just want to drop off your old modem? No longer a 10 second process. They’re a cellular provider now so it takes 2 hours. Just to hand them a modem. Would you like to know their wifi password while you wait? They will not even answer you if you ask. It is my nightmare to walk into this place so I won’t do business with them. But they don’t care because they’re a huge corporation with almost no competition.

The staff is always friendly but I have to contact them way more than I would like. When I moved they insisted that they had to send me a new modem and router and that I had to pay for it (which I didn’t understand because I still have my old one) and also started charging me for spectrum TV. Every time I contact support it is at least an hour endeavor and the app constantly doesn’t work. I’m just frustrated with the fact it constantly feels like they are trying to find ways to steal money from me.

Staff are professional & courteous to the customer. Only problem is the wait time is sometimes quite long. Suggest you set up an appointment for faster service

Been in line for 30 minutes. 2 employees and still on the same customers they were on when they walked in. Numerous customers have checked in, waited and left out of frustration.

Long wait account 25 customers and only two employees. This is the third place we have lived that we used Spectrum. Here because they were the only internet provider. But everywhere their customer service is horrible. Our internet spent a lot of time buffering or just plain dropping us. We are glad TDS came to town. So far their internet service is great- and at half the price!

5 hr phone experience for a duplicate account they created and billed me for and created a delinquency everyone her is so unprofessional.

Great place to go for all your Internet, TV, and cellular service needs. The prices are fair and you can actually speak to real people on the phone instead of an automated system. Also there phone plans are saved us so much money for the exact same plans as our last company.

Dani was amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable. Got us up and running smoothly. We have been charter customers for YEARS. The service is worth it. There was a wait in the store but they were all working through as fast as they could. Positive attitudes and willingness to help.

Today we called spectrum because our bill was incorrect and some of the updates hadn't been made but then we got a guy named Marcus off that 855 number and he was pretty great dude he was a very polite very helpful took his time and he made it right we got squared away and refunded the money that was wrongfully charged so way to go Marcus five stars thank you.

One rep for 8 people waiting, plus people who made "reservations" skipping in front of everybody here waiting. Check in kiosk is a flaky tablet. They could not care less about our time

I had Spectrum internet for many years & really liked it. I disconnected it when I lost my job & now, 6 months later, I went in again to get internet & a LAN line. Dani was able to help me right away - no waiting. She was upbeat & pleasant to deal with. In & out with my equipment in 10-15 minutes! Thanks, Dani!
