Had an antidepressant med and an ADHD med (non-stimulant) transferred from Albertson's cuz it was more convenient and, when it was time to refill, they only notified me via text that the antidepressant was out, so I refilled it and nothing was ever mentioned by them or myself about the ADHD med, on my part because I didn't feel it was working anyway, but I did find it peculiar they never said anything about it. Fast forward a month or so later and I was prescribed a stimulant ADHD med, and was excited to finally be on one, as I feel I could really benefit from it. Sadly, I get a text saying they're out of the ADHD med, but will order it and it should arrive within 1-2 days. I go to get the scripts filled that same day and the woman tells me they are out of the one med and I let her know I'm aware that it will be ordered and proceed with getting my other med filled. This was on a Thursday, and I didn't hear anything until I think Saturday, telling me it should be ready Monday by 4pm. I go by there a couple of hours early to check the status and am told by the pharmacist that the pharmaceutical company "put an out" on it. I didn't understand what that meant, so I asked him, explaining that I didn't know what that meant, and he tells me "it means the distributor is out of the medication, ok?" in a slightly condescending, attitudish tone. I tell him I wasn't trying to have an attitude, I just didn't understand what that meant. He never really did become nicer about the whole thing, but when I asked what I should do, he did tell me how to go about getting it from another pharmacy. In hindsight I totally understand what he meant, but at the time I didn't, and didn't appreciate his rude tone. In his defense, I often come across some kind of way without even meaning to (probably a reason why I need ADHD medication), but he kinda treated me like I was blue-collar or something the entire time. I'd rather go back to Albertson's even with the inconvenience now. But oh well, they can't all be winners.....or professional, apparently, lol.

Had to get a mini fridge for my truck. Called the night before to see if they had the model i was looking for. Sure enough they did. Got there at 08:00 on a saturday morning. Plus members get in at that time. Ladies were all very nice and helpful. Was able to use my Sams card and the extra 43$ of credits. Got my rig in and out. Parked by Cabellas with the other RVs. Worked perfectly. Wish all Walmart stores and employees were as nice as Sams

Look here, I ain’t one to call somebody out behind their hygiene habits and I’m very much aware that not everyone’s circumstances are the same or even all that great tbh, but I cannot stress enough the importance of this location reminding team members, ESPECIALLY if they work the front line, that good hygiene goes a long way. Particularly in regard to odors. Trust me, it needs to be addressed ?.
Better yet, why not offer employees a stipend for personal care items and/or pantry essentials. That’s would be a great way to tackle the issue while also lessening the burden everyone is feeling right now. Just a thought. That is it. That is all. Carry on.

To be fair, I am a Plus member of Sam's Club, so consider this as you read. We've been to the Bluffton club at least 6 times in the past 5 months. We would shop in the afternoon and it was ridiculously crowded. It seems that they opened the doors to public after a certain hour, because they never asked to see my card. The one time that we went early in the day (8:30 am), I had to show my card and there was no crowd. Since then, we have discovered pick up service. I shop online and set up a pickup time and they get my purchases and place them in my vehicle. I even mentioned that I couldn't get my bananas and she asked if I had the app and scan and go on my phone. I said yes and she went and picked out some great bananas and we took care of it in the parking lot. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The tire department. I made an appointment to get new tires two weeks ago and was told it would take an hour. I show up for my 4:00 appt and they’re like we don’t have a 4:00 on the board, as they drive another car in. When they looked at the computer, they found my appt. Now 20 min later, they say it will be an hour and a half for my car to be done. Ugh, ok an extra half hour I can deal with. My two year old is going to be hungry, but fine Sam’s Club pizza for dinner. I go b

Wall-to-wall Chinese made garbage. Disinterested apathetic employees. Virtually no organic selections. At 2 PM on a Friday afternoon there weren't two dozen customers at this location. Why would anyone shop at a Sam's when Costco is right down the road. I was so tired of consistently being disappointed by Sam's that even though I had just renewed my membership back in October I elected to terminate it upon completion of this visit. The tattooed carnival worker at the customer service counter never once asked me why I wanted to cancel my membership. She simply inquired if I wanted to retain my voided cards for posterity's sake.

Used to think this was a good shopping center, comparable to Costco.I thought it was better for several reasons, and still is I believe.one reason is the sale of diesel, one of the reasons I switched from Costco to Sam's club. The second reason would be the lines seem shorter, they also seem to have more tellers on hand.Location is convenient, just off the interstate, where as Costco you must navigate through town a ways.lines are so much longer at Costco and seems they have less tellers or don't schedule them at peak hours.sams club is right by Cabela's,so a guy can just got look at guns or camping/hiking things while wife's or significant others go shopping. The only thing I've noticed, and it has been quite some times;is they have quit boxing our food up.one the reasons us-the general public comes to big box warehouse centers like this is to have random employees of such establishments biz our food up.Now they have quit?Maybe time to switch back to Costco.hmm....

I've been a member for over 11 years now and tonight I was walking out of the store near closing time and the wind caught what was in my basket and two pizzas I had purchased to bake for dinner flew out of the cart crashed onto the ground and fell out of their boxes. One of the employees was taking a break in her vehicle and saw what happened and called into the store and had a manager come out to see my predicament. The manager then called in to have another employee bring me out two new pizzas of the kind that I had purchased. They went above and beyond what was necessary. I didn't have to enter the store or go ask for help. They were amazing! I'm glad I shop at Sam's Club you guys rock. These folks definitely need a raise!

Long lines only 50 people allowed it. It was very nice of the lady that worked there informed customers of what they didn’t have, such as toilet paper, paper towels, baby wipes... etc....
