He's honest, helpful, kind and dependable. I hate the area he's located in because it's so busy, but even that they deal with in a way that is as helpful as possible by pulling the car back out onto the street. I don't trust any other mechanic in town. You can trust that whatever he says is honest. I had Toyota tell me I needed $1200 of work for my head gasket, but I scheduled it with him and he called me to say I didn't need the work done at all--saying a car the age of mine just has some oil leaking but it was minor. I had the car another 8 years, and the only thing ever needing replacing was the starter which James did. I hope he never retires, I can't imagine trusting anyone else working on my car as much as I trust him. I know that if he says I need something done, I need it. On top of that, his prices are always very fair.
