I went to River Stone dental during covid with a horrible toothacheSubmitted my financial information as I had no income for 3 years due to taking care of ill parents mother 92 and father 100. As a lot o businesses during covid they didn't do their job and apply paperwork and would not go back and adjust bill. Dentist did nothing except X-rays ( oral surgeon out with back surgery) and charged a phenomenal price. Lady in payments is very rude. Ridiculous prices.

I've been sick for about 19 days and all I was given was a nose and nausea medication by a doctor who I could tell was not going to do a good job just by looking at them

Being strung along is River Stone objective they will have going to appointments after appointment and if you go for a second opinion don't let them find out if you plan on returning to their clinic you will be degraded and they will no longer fill your prescriptions. Avoid this place it is extremely unprofessional.

The doctor was pleasant and the nurse was very friendly. My experience was smooth and they took care of all my needs. My wait was minimal and I received referrals and my scripts were filled… A+

Awful experience with my pregnancy I am having to switch in the middle of it. They LOST my blood for three weeks and still haven’t gotten back to me about an important gene test that takes two weeks. Also expect sass from the nurses when you need anything.

Miss an appointment even if it's their fault you will be rescheduled for many weeks away. Late by even 5 minutes appointment cancelled. Even when you call ahead of time.Run out of refills the pharmacy and doctors drag their feet for days. Pharmacy told me to stop calling that they would call me when the prescription was approved yet never called. They treat you like if you are poor then your time doesn't matter yet the doctors make YOU wait long time. Information desk gives out incorrect information that would cause you to miss your appointment if followed. Also calling in they cam give incorrect info then cancel your appointment. It's a mess of a clinic. Not being vindictive or upset at one incident but it's over and over. I would NOT UTILIZE Riverstone as your primary care unless you have no choice. I lived in Mexico for 2 years and received much more respectful service in the medical field.

I told the front desk person that I was taking my toddler to the bathroom and would be back shortly in case the nurse came out. The nurse came INTO the bathroom to discuss my child’s appointment with me while LOOKING THROUGH A CRACK IN THE STALL! After waiting 20+ minutes she told me that my daughter was not going to be seen today for a simple vaccination appointment. Mind you I’m a solo mom to 2 toddlers and these situations and appointments are incredibly stressful. She claimed she didn’t have another nurse to help and couldn’t do it herself. She WENT HOME, completely left the building within minutes of me helping my daughter finish up in the bathroom and asking for help from the receptionist. The receptionist told me “she’s not even here anymore, she went home”. After arguing with them a nurse finally listened to me and got my daughter in and finished her vaccinations without another nurse, because it wasn’t necessary. There was no reason for canceling our appointment except the fact that she wanted to go home instead of doing her job. The last nurses who got me in were helpful but I ultimately still never received an apology or acknowledgement of the situation for how upsetting and inappropriate it was.I’ve also had numerous problems with communication at this organization. Aside from solely my PCP, nobody listens to me or even cares to read the notes I’ve requested to be boldly and clearly placed in my file because I’ve had the same problems over and over pretty much every appointment. Their communication is horrible in every capacity.. Phone, in person, in their systems, not listening to patients, the list goes on. They have a lot to work on. Completely unacceptable.Dr Chadwick and Katie Keith are the only reasons I’ve stayed with Riverstone this long. My experiences in person with them are fantastic and respectful/considerate but unfortunately that positivity is isolated to them only.

I have gone here for years and have had really good experiences and felt listened to and cared for by my doctor and their team. Recently I went in for my routine yearly blood work and checkup. I got the email with results and my actual blood results were absolutely horrible, while looking at my results wondering what was wrong with me, an intern from riverstone called recommending I go to the emergency department for a blood transfusion, well to make a long story short I was at the ED for over 4 hours to be told I was completely fine. I had some trouble at first with the whole situation because it's such a strange thing to happen and nobody had ever really dealt with something like that before but overall I think the director of operations went above and beyond to try and figure out why it happened and to help me with the emergency room bill, I am more than satisfied now with how things worked out and I'm pretty blown away with the time and effort the director of operations put into my case, in addition I feel comfortable going back to Riverstone for my regular care.

We have a family friend staying in our basement. He has learning disabilities as well as ADD. Trying to communicate can be challenging even for our household. Everyone he encountered at the clinic was able to spot his difficulties and adapt to his specific abilities. They were very patient and accepting of him and his situation. It was very difficult for him but the staff was terrific and kind.

I moved here from SC. There the doctors run in the room for 5 minutes and never listen to what I say. Here I have never been treated bad or left sitting in a room for a long time. If I am in a room for 5 minutes or longer they are so apologetic. They always have a smile on there face and care about you as a person. Thank you for that.

I have mostly good things to say about the clinic. The complaint I have is they don't mind sending you away in pain. They will not give you enough medicine to last until your next appointment. I've had to many sleepless nights to count. I have one more appointment which will probably be my last appointment. I was outright lied to about the 3 visits required to get chronic pain meds. This next visit will probably be my last at riverstone

I’ve always been seen in a reasonable timeframe. All my Dr.s have treated me very well. I have no complaints. I’m happy to go there.

Dr was amazing. Nurses amazing. But riverstone itself is no longer a local "people's" clinic. I've gotten the run around on 5 different occasions. The doctor cares about her patients, even called to get me setup with an appointment. An escalating health condition has made me miss appointments and I have tried to call ahead. Now they won't see me unless it's walkin and I can't simply take time off work without an appointment. I am aware missing appointments can be inconvient. But it's turned to a kind of gate keeping, where the focus is more financial then it is health, where care is sidelined for consistent income, and regardless of the why it is refusing treatment. What is worse, is after being seen on a weekend for a flair up of the condition I was told I could make an appointment the next week only to be told later I couldn't. Also they don't remind you of appointments, Infact, they will fail to many times. I have explained that my health condition disrupts my ability here, and the organization doesnt care and overrides the care. They are partrician in being for profit on that they want to pick their patients.Anyone who misses them due to health issues can rot. So I am seeking other primary care.I even had one appointment cancled and rescheduled on me only to be told it was a missed appointment, as well as being forced to wait on an appointment that never happened after having to take an Uber. When I was told they would pay for it, or that they would give me a gas card, they never did.I am done with the run around, miscommunication, and lack of understanding. My doctor was amazing and I hope for her the best. But the policies of the administration will hurt the community given time.

The staff at Riverstone Heath are amazing people! They really do care about a person's health and do all they can to help them with their health goals. I was referred to Riverstone by St. Vincent Hospital three years ago when I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes after I had a really bad infection in my leg and had to have a couple surgeries to remove it all. I was very skeptical about my treatment and worried about not being able to manage my diabetes. But with the help of my team at Riverstone my diabetes is under control, and my A1C is down to 5.0!
