Today, while shopping for a new pair of footwear, I stumbled upon Red Wing Boots here in Billings. I was greeted at the door by really nice gentleman by the name of Brian, and wonderful dog by the name of Prince. Brian made the whole thing completely seamless. Not only did I walk out of there with a new pair of boots but I was completely satisfied. I would recommend anybody go there for quality and service.

The two young women were very knowledgeable in helping me with what I wanted and needed. They made suggestions on inserts that matched my feet perfectly.

Girls were punctual, knowledgeable, and catered to me in every way. Very happy with my experience. But just wish I would have got the next boot up in price!

Came in to look for replacement laces for my vasque shoes that I wear, helped me quickly pick out a nice pair and helped put them on, all at no cost!Have a decent selection of vasque shoes too, so I'll most likely be by there when I need another pair

Went in looking for a specific pair of boots. One customer was being helped by a male salesperson. Young female redhead asked, "Do you know what you want?" Told her I had looked at the black zipperside tradesman online but they were in store only. Was told by her they would have to order them. That was it, no follow to ask if I would like to be sized, no offers to try on a similar model to make sure I like the fit, nothing, she didn't speak to me again. The salesman that was busy did confirm they would need to be ordered and mentioned they didn't have any other black zipper sided boots as did the woman at the register. Briefly looked through the boots on the wall again expecting some offer of service, but receiving none I walked out with my wife and daughter. I would have gladly waited for an order, but when preparing to pay over $250 for a pair of boots I expected some sort of customer service. This is a specialty store, I shouldn't have to drive the conversation or make requests for service.

I told them I wanted something I could resole, and that had a sole I wouldn't walk through in 6 months. He showed me all of the resolable boots, and described them each briefly. I decided which ones I wanted and he had me use the pad for a custom fit reading. Once he knew the size he brought me out two different options, having me try both on. The whole process probably only took 20 minutes and the boots are amazing.
