My wife and I got a multi-image mural framed for our daughter's birthday and one of the images was stretched uneven so it no longer lined up with the rest of the images. The type of hanger device installed on the back was also a poor design choice as it caused all the frames to hang off the wall as if they were tilting forward. We ended up having to install different hangers on the back ourselves to have a decent install look. Honestly, three stars is generous.

Super friendly! Knows my name and always asks specific information about my life--nice personalized attention! Professional, efficient, quality framing at reasonable prices! Knowledgeable. And if he doesn't know the answer, he will find out/track it down for you. I once waited an extra 5-10 minutes while he called a company to find out about a product. That kind of service can be hard to find these days. And it's what makes Q's Art & Framing one of the best!

Rude, poor quality work, and told me that he was going to give my artwork away. He was very condescending and went out of his way to insult me. Charged me twice the price of the quality of work done.
