Poor customer service and store manager who lack integrity. I called to pay for some parts that they put aside for me.They informed me they couldn't take payment over the phone unless I made an account with them... asked if there was any way around it and the store manager took the phone and assured me if I had a friend come and call me when he's their then they could take payment over the phone.My friend shows up they refuse to accept payment over the phone and I asked to speak with the store manager who assured me that was possible and he refused to even speak to me on the phone. Store manager went back on his word and refused to even tell me himself. Wont be shopping at this location anymore.

I live near Grand and 54th and refuse to use the Grand location because the service is absolutely horrendous but.......I will always use this Southgate location. The service is awesome. 99.999% of the time they always have what I need. Definitely worth making the drive. Awesome location and an awesome group of employees.

The grand store sent me to this location to exchange the wrong parts that were ordered (come to find out they could have done it) I had the awesomeness of getting Dustin as my Parts person at this location and he was AWESOME!!! Thank you for all your help!!!
