Even though their hands were tied and there was nothing they could do to help me (which I had assumed might be the case before I went in) they made calls and spent time trying to help me come up with any way they could to try to reimburse me.”

“I went in to transfer my number from Straight Talk to Cricket and Morgan helped me, she went above and beyond by dealing with ST customer service, who at one point kept her on hold for 46 minutes while she was attempting to get a transfer code so I could keep my same phone number, I was ready to give up and get a new number but Morgan kept calling them back and was finally able to get the code and kept my number for me. She was very nice even while dealing with their less than professional CS agents at Straight Talk. I would highly recommend the store on Main Street to anyone.”
