I just moved to Billings, Mt! I need special Catheters, this place was patient n kind while trying to hunt right catheter down. Multiple catheter being sent back finally tracked down right catheters. They are always business friendly. I’m happy I found this place.

I can't believe how bad this place has gotten. I used to receive my supplies from them for years. I'd get an email asking what supplies I needed, I'd respond and have them in the mail a few days later and they'd work with my insurance. Now -- there is no one to even answer the phone, and repeated voicemails to call me back are unanswered. Stopping by in person is met with indifference and apathy. And the store itself has the appeal of a backwoods gas station. I like to trade locally, all else being equal. But I'm now working with an online, out-of=state supply house.

I have used St. Vincent's Med and Mobiity for probablygoing on 6 or 7 yrs now. I used to love them. They were always kind, courteous, and exceptionally on time. But in the last 6 mo or so they have really gone way down hill. They are chronically so understaffed that no one can answer the phone- it goes to VM every time you call. And don't expect to hear back the same day. Maybe you will but it might also be several days and another VM before yu hear anything, even if you are calling about broken equipment that is medically really important to you health- like wound healing.
The customer service has declined dramatically, and I'm sure that's related to being understaffed. It sucks I known but also being short terse and just plain unwilling to work with your client base isn't going to make anyone's day any easier.
Unfortunately, there isn't much competition in town bc some places don't offer all types of equipment and the other option that does is affiliated with the other hospital making communication with your Dr even more difficult.
My wheelchair services have already gone somewhere else. I'd hate to have to separate out I'd hate to have to separate out wound care, hospital beds and mattress overlays, wheelchair, cpap etc but if my inability to get services delivered when I'm homebound continues I might have to.

I cannot believe how rude and uncaring these people are. I received the wrong headgear for my CPAP and called to get the right one and only after several tries was I able to speak to a live person. Which was not much better, rude and and unwilling to help. I'm changing companies.

I can never talk to a person. Get recordings. And i recieve things i did not order for my ostomy.

One star is too many! Despite my son’s pleas for help with poor-fitting equipment, these people looked at everything else, except the leaking mask he told them about for a year! He suffered terrible insomnia as his heart issues worsened. His mask was finally replaced when he saw Dr. Roy Kohler. He died a week later at 38 years of age!

Fix your hours on Google. It's not that hard. If you are closed on Sat and Sun people shouldn't have to waste their time driving down there to figure that out.

They are inaccurate, passive-aggressive, and generally lazy. They are only in business because of their relationship with St. Vs and insurance. Once you have your equipment, I recommend switching to a company like the cpap shop or equivalent.

This company is horrible! They have been making my client wait since Friday with no portable oxygen. Called left messages no return calls nor any oxygen delivered. They are literally making it impossible for our client to live her life independently. That is so sad.

super frustrating that I've been waiting for a call back for 4 days. But "don't leave multiple messages because it will just cause delays". Really, how hard is it to check voice mail and return a call.
