I am so disgusted with Lowe's. Would never do business with them again... bought an expensive dishwasher.. installer came... said we needed a plumber and suggested we should have them install it for us after we already paid Lowe's... paid a plumber 300 dollars.... Installer came ... never used it until today... won't start... called Lowe's took no responsibility... we now have to schedule another service repair... almost a month with no dishwasher and still nothing!

After 3 months of waiting for my new refrigerator, including two cancelled scheduled deliveries, Lowe's has now informed me that they no longer deliver to my home in Wyoming.

First off the store in Billings is the worst experience I've ever had at a store. The young female manager of lawn and garden that was working Monday said she couldn't find us in the computer told us that she could call customer service and it would probably be a hour or so wait time or we could call them. Talked to customer service over the phone and they didn't know why she couldn't or wouldn't help us. My guess is cause she was to stressed out due to being short staff. (I've been in management and know how being short staffed is) I get it but don't stop or refuse to help the customers. We didn't get what we came for. We went back today got the two items which was a nightmare in itself. We was about to load one item then was told that we had to go inside to get the other item. The lady (Jenn) helping us is the only one there that has any common sense. She helped us first at customer service and she had no trouble find us in the computer imagine that then she helped find the other item but had to wait 10-15 minutes due to no one coming to help as she called multiple times. Lowe's need to train the staff better. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of Jenn. Thank you so much to her!!!!

Okay so let's start the story of me and Lowe's. I ordered a dryer from them and when I ordered it I asked them to deliver it after 4:00 on Wednesday because I work the salesman told me oh yes this will happen. While I was at work I get a call from the delivery man. Who does not work for Lowe's who is a contract worker for Lowe's and he said I had a window from 9:00 to 3:00. After much trials and tribulations I was able to change my delivery date to Saturday and I was elated because being without a dryer is kind of a drag. They deliver the dryer on a Saturday which I am happy about. Then the delivery crew tried to charge me extra money to take away the old dryer because it didn't show on their manifest. I have to produce my receipt to prove to them that I had already paid for the removal of the old dryer. The one fellow was very friendly. The other fellow was not but that did not matter. I watch them hook up my dryer and since I am not an electrician or no very little about appliance hookup the man explained to me he was going to do this with the cord.After they left I sent a picture to my BF and he told me that they had not put on a dryer restraint clamp for the cord. It means that the court is basically just dangling free and being held in by the screws. Then he went on to tell me how that was not up to code and what kind of clown ship did this. And then he said if you put your hand behind that dryer you're going to get shocked. They also left the plate off the back of it and the delivery crew said he couldn't put it on. I don't know anything about this stuff so I believed him. I tried to call Lowe's and it's been no one you can't get a hold of no one there you might as well just shoot yourself in the foot because you cannot get any response. I did call corporate office and I was given a case number and told that somebody from the local store will follow up with me in 24 hours which is a crock ... I've heard nothing from the local store I cannot get a hold of anybody at the local store. You know you better know what they're doing when they hook this stuff up because I didn't. Now I'm left with a dryer that has exposed wires.

We bought a washer and dryer from Lowes, and the warranty. Our dryer was not drying in a timely manner and at times our washer was leaking.I called the number on our warranty paper and asked if they could come look at it. I called around Sept 25th or so to put a service order in.They had to put on two different orders and they could not get them in on the same day. The earliest they could get here would be Oct 24th for the dryer and Oct 31st for the washer.The time frame they said was between 8 & 5. We tried to call the company they had scheduled, but had no contact info. Calling the company also had not results to talk to a human to explain we had both a washer and dryer to fix. I thought I would contact Lowes direct and went down to the store. The only thing they could do for me was give me a paper with the service number on it. Calling it also produced no results. So NIW I have to rake two days out of my schedule and sit waiting for repair.Now today we get a text saying they would be here on Oct 12 between 8 & 5. Then we get a call saying they can't be here on the 12 and had to change it to Oct 18. The company they called is based in Nashua MT but they said they have a guy in Billings. I guess we will see what happens.So now I am thinking that the dryer will be serviced by one company and the washer by as mother one.This is ridiculous that both appts could not occur on day. VERY DISAPPOINTED with Lowes Service center.

Horrible service. Ordered some tile trim to complete a major project two weeks ago. Ordered in store at the flooring desk and was told I could pick it up today. I decided to call to see if my order was in rather than driving the 35 miles one way just to find out. I called and transferred to the flooring desk. A gal answered and took my phone number to look it and put the phone down on the counter. I listened to her answer other phones and take other peoples numbers and look up their orders and deal with customers ordering items there. After 25 minutes I hung up the phone. I called the service desk they looked up my order (2 minutes) and said it was on the way to the store and they wouldn't have another truck in until Monday. So, way off on the date and no guarantee when it is going to come in. Guess I'll go across the street although I don't expect it to be much better. These big corporations don't seem to care about customer service. Try to help out local and this is what ya get. Guess I'll order online for most things now too.

We purchased a new fridge in early Feb. Delivery date was 2-15-22. Delivery guys installed new fridge and left. We found out the fridge door doesn't seal completely at the top and called multiple times and couldn't get anyone in appliances to answer. Finally went in and spoke to a guy named Shawn who said he would get a managers approval for the repair or a new fridge asap that day and call us back. No call. Called back 2 days later and spoke to a gal named Holland. Explained the situation again.... She also said she would call us back the following day (cause that day was Sunday) after getting approval to order us a new door. Still haven't gotten a call back from her. I'm loosing faith in Lowes. We wanted to support them over the other local stores with our new appliance purchases but I'm not sure I'll ever be back. I even purchased the extended warranty too. So frustrated with them!!

If lower stars could be given I would. Sean the manager is a lying dirtbag who targets seniors. He has his staff trained to cover him . Ordered a simple refrigerator on November 30th and paid for it and delivery charge and by December 30th credit card had been charged that and an extra $130. No refrigerator yet. Call every week when the scheduled delivery came and went. it will be there following Monday. February 7th we realized this was a sham and tried to cancel. the order had been canceled and was no longer in the system they said, no one could even find it in the system. Took one entire week with corporate for them to call foul on this fool And get a refund. Then another to get the warranty canceled. This is being on the phone several hours a day. We spent massive bucks at Lowes and loved them until this experience. Never again lows. I advertised for you before and I will double it now!!

I ordered a 4-wheeler trailer with two accessories to be shipped to my home. Two of the three items arrived at my house and then I began receiving text notices that the 3rd item was ready for pickup....I was like huh because shouldn't this be shipped to the same address as the other items? I called the store and they said it was there. I asked that it be shipped to my home address like the other items and the said yes, but their home deliveries was busy for 2+ weeks out. I asked to be priority because I had already waited 3 weeks and it wasn't my error to ship to the Lowe's store. They said 2 weeks, or I can come and get it. I guess I'll waste my gas and time for an hour and twenty minutes? I would give them a negative star if I could. No offer of a discount for my time or inconvenience. Thanks Lowe's, but never again!
