Asked a question about a ring the first lady was very nice then a second lady came up very rude. Nope to thin has to be reworked. Very unprofessional I would have accepted a sorry it's to thin from a gold smith not just grab it for one second and give that answer. I will go somewhere else even if it turns out they have to do something more

I am quite disappointed with the attitude of the sales people at Jensen Jewelers. They looked disappointed that someone had the nerve to interrupt their quite time as there was no one shopping in their store. None on the sales people bother to greet me when I entered the store. I had to ask for assistance. My watch battery had died. A watch that had been purchased from Jensen Jewelers. The salesman reluctantly took the watch and rolled his eyes upon saying "I'm not familiar with this brand. We don't have the tool to replace the battery." He then looked at his associate who suggested I go to Riddles Jewerley. Maybe they can help me. Won' be doing any further business at the Jensen Jewelers at Rimrock1 Mall in Billings, Montana.

I went in to check on the status of my fiancés wedding ring. All of the employees but one lady was on their phones. And the one manager lady was nothing but rude. I do not recommend this place to any they are not friendly.

I had a very bad experience when picked up my 31yr old wedding ring. It was incomplete missing gold leaves left a hole on side of the ring, the black inlay was all over the ring and it's so sharp on the prongs they did I can't wear it. They argued with me, offered no reprieve for my disapproval and basically didn't care at all about their crappy work and lack of expertise. Never trust them!!! The cost was outrageous and the work was terrible. Bad bad business!!

absolutely Horrible Business . Took my wedding ring in of 35 years for work and it is missing gold leaves, incomplete, and just a mess of a job, all prongs are sharp, cutting everything AND the owner "Shiester" scammed me without hesitation. NEVER take your business here EVER.

This place is SUCH A RIP OFF. My husband bought me ring two years ago and payed a good amount of money for it. At first my ring was beautiful and I loved it. A few weeks in we noticed the ring kept getting cloudy. I started to be more careful and wouldn’t put on lotion with the ring on, didn’t wear it in the hot tub,etc. All of these things didn’t help and my ring still got cloudy. After them replacing the ring it still got cloudy! After many times of going in they told me they couldn’t help me with my issue of cloudiness on my ring. It is so ridiculous that my husband payed for ring insurance and we couldn’t get any help with fixing my ring. Do not go here if you want a beautiful ring that will last you years.

Danica is wonderful to work with and I get a fantastic experience every time I shop with her. She’s very knowledgeable and I get a lot of compliments on the jewelry I buy from her. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for jewelry of any kind to go see her!

Recently shopped @ Jensen Jewelers in Billings,Montana. The customer Service was by far the best i have ever experienced in a jewelry store. I would like to thank Judy for her superb knowledge in finding the perfect gift,that will last a lifetime.... I will definitely shop Jensen again. The quality,prices and variety of jewelry are outstanding......I would recommend Jensen Jewelers to anyone.....
