This is the second time I have tried to get a appt either nobody answers the phone or they don't have any openings I'll take my hair and money elsewhere I don't understand why they are closing stores

I've had good appointments and then some not so great appointments with this salon. Part of the problem is that they just don't have enough stylists hired. The place is a ghost town, however if you try to do a walk in they are just too booked to get you in. I spent two different sessions in the past week lasting 3-4hours and honestly I think that they could have slipped these people in. For the time I was sitting there with color remover on or with the hair dye a quick haircut could have been done. My first dye job was a disaster but the correction is good. will I come back for another one? Doubtful, think I'll just go in with my daughter to her stylist and have her do it.

Men’s button front Foundry brand shirts. Some have 2 front pockets which my husband prefers. The colors and patterns are mostly some that my husband would wear. Very durable materials. Wash and dry nicely. Good shirts. Good brand.

The products are amazing as always, however their customer service is terrible! I've been racially profiled and followed around, until some woman from JCpenny came and took my shopping bag aggressively. Would definitely not recommend to any minority

Been here before and worked with Amanda, loved her. Scheduled my appointments for after 5 pm since I work business hours. Made an appointment for this week, only to have them call me, confirm how long my hair was and tell me that they won't do hair color after 5 pm in case they make an error, regardless of how long your hair is. Then why did they call to ask the question and allow me to make the appointment? That's funny, all my other appointments were after 5 pm. Talk about rude on the phone, I guess they didn't want my money. They have lost me as a client and I have moved my business elsewhere. The staff has a revolving door within this salon too.

Just got my hair trimmed and texturixed by Katherine (Katie) and it looks and feels absolutely amazing! I was very vocal about how I wanted to keep as much length as possible while getting rid of the split ends and some of the bulk! She did an amazing job and was very friendly 🤗 I will definitely be going back!

Just got home from Penneys hair salon. I had a color and highlights put in. I LOVE IT! Did some shopping in the mall got 3 compliments. My stylist was Amanda. I have never had such a professional yet so very personable stylist. She did it exactly like the picture I showed her. She was very knowledgeable and best of all the price was right. I would and will recommend Amanda to all my friends! Thank you

TERRIBLE! My Mom went in there with a picture of the hair cut she wanted and they did NOTHING. They cut her bangs and trimmed her hair...really frustrating!! Never going back again!

Hair on my son was shoddy, and anything but even, I will have to let it grow out and recut elsewhere, 70$ for a dye thats not even close to what I asked for, could have paid half as much to get the same service from walmart, and boy do they milk the clock for all its worth, 3hrs for shoulder length hair just to dye that doesn't include cut style wash/rinse or blow dry, took way too long putting dye in then left in hair way too long as well, never will I go here again, now I see why on a Saturday they have time for a walk in when no one else does, ETA: it is good if you get a senior stylist take the time to make an appointment and pay the little extra to get someone more experienced it is well worth it

Unfortunately the first time I addressed my allergy to paraben to the lady that managed the JC Penney salon in Billings was very polite, took the matter seriously, and checked until we found a paraben free product. I was excited and returned months later for another good wash and hair cut. Sadly the lady that did my hair was not only rude, but very snotty, ignored my concern and request for paraben free products acted she didn't care. She had the worse attitude I have ever encountered at a salon. I honestly hope she was fired. Due to the result of her crap attitude, I suffered from burning around the back of my neck and haor loss for about three days. What the lady did was very uncalled for. There was no excuse for her crap attitude.
