My initial tax gal (Walmart- JacksonHewitt Kiosk) was so easy to work with but this would be my first & last time to see or hear from her. Lots of surprise fees = $500 for her service. Later, I got an IRS letter & this gal could not be reached. After leaving message after message, I finally reached someone. (Weeks of messages with no response) We did next steps in their office but it wasn't resolved. In the weeks after this, I received more information from IRS. When I phoned the same person, she remembered nothing and said just to pay it. The IRS is scary to deal with - I should not have had to deal with this issue alone!

This has been a good place for us the past couple years, but I am not happy with the price going from $120.00 to $260.00. This is a very large increase, I will not use them again.

Fast efficient service. Fees were a bit expensive but at least they can help if you don't have the previous years return

Very professional and helpful at this location. Also very convenient to do your shopping while the professionals do your taxes and then when you are done shopping just go sign your documents and all set! So easy!! They are also great about answering any questions! I would definitely 10/10 recommend!

I usually do my own taxes but because I wanted a refund advance loan I decided to go to a tax preparer ...I called around town and decided Jackson Hewitt was the better choice...Lynn was amazing ...she was very helpful honest quick paced and very friendly... it was all around great service...thank you Lynn and just an hour later I received my refund :)
