Hanser’s representative did a fantastic first rate job. He was very professional, worked safely and rapidly and got us on the road as fast as humanly possible. Where we had broken down was extremely dangerous and was only 1 foot off of the fog line and directly on a slope in front of a train trestle making it treacherous to work with an 80 mph speed limit and non-stop semitrailers. The Hanser’s employee had to work on a gravelly slope while changing the shredded tire on my camper. I would absolutely recommend this company.

It was a very pleasant experience! The driver knew what he was doing for sure !
And it was refreshing when he helped me get in and out of his truck because I had a cane and difficulty walking! He needs a bonus?

We broke down on I-90w in Billings MT and were escorted to the Cabelas parking lot. Not being from the area we called Hanser's. Best decision we ever made. Hanser's staff are top notch. They got us out of the lot, repaired the problem with our vehicle, and back on the road in record time. Thank you Hanser's

A little slow to show up at lbreakdown location , but in all fairness to Hanser's they did have to send 2 trucks . And I was 110 miles east of Billings Mt . However , once they showed they were more than efficient in expediting what had to be done . Up to and including the condition of my dogs . Driver insisted they ride in his truck with us to Kenworth dealer . I give them all the stars available . Thanks @

We needed a sprinter van ( motor home) towed to Billings. Shelley was so confident about doing the job it made us feel great. The driver Willie was pleasant and easy to work with. If you ever need towed or hauled, these are the people to do it. Relax and let them do what they know!
