The customer service is terrible at this location. Time and again. The inventory and products are just the same as any location, but if you need this type of product in Billings try Lowe's, Ace Hardware or Harbor Freight.

Jeff in the paint department was beyond helpful! I decided to take on a pretty big DIY project that may very well be over my head, and he was so knowledgeable with every technique for painting and product of which would be best. His advice gave me more confidence that I might actually pull this off. THANKS JEFF

Very pleased with the customer service we received last week purchasing our new washer an dryer! Started at Lowe’s and no one would give us the time of day! The one rep started to help us, then walked away to stock shelves- as soon as we walked into Home Depot a representative approached us within minutes. Friendly fast service, we had made our purchase and left the store within a matter of a half hour. Will for sure be purchasing other appliances from Home Depot in the future!

Nothing whatsoever is organic including the manure compost. I don’t know why because it’s available online their website. You’d think by now it’d be a given to have organic options for everything.

I called and spoke to a very rude person named Amanda. She was condescending and did not listen or try to solve my problem. Also they won't let you do curbside pickup if you didn't order it online. The website would not let us do an online order, but we were able to do a phone order. Another person on the phone said we'd be able to pick it up curbside. That did not happen because Amanda rudely said no. Then they rejected my online review on the HD website. It did not have inappropriate language or anything.

Very friendly staff and very helpful finding whatever you are looking for! But the highlight of our trip today goes out to a certain gentleman employee I did not get his name but he was coming back from I'm assuming his lunch break he was holding a very adorable little puppy named Jo Jo I believe was her name he let me hold her and give her some love I told him and his lady that they had both made my day so if you know who this sweet young man is please give him a shout out!

If you want help with anything you better expect attitude also nothing in the store. Everything has to be ordered every time I buy. Also no delivery in my area.

This Home Depot has friendly employees and willing to help in all situations. It's important to have kind and generous employees, so as to make the customer feel warm and welcome. I feel they do this well here. We recently visited to do the Kids Workshop which is free for the children and usually on Saturday mornings around the first Saturday of the month. Enjoy!

Worst service ever. People in Millworks do not understand their own software, when they order the wrong doors and won't accept blame (looking right at you Barry) you are forced to move up the chain with management. But in the end their solution is to do nothing, other than to treat you rudely and finish with "tough" nothing we can do. The good news is that this will only happen to me once, Home Depot will never get a second chance to do it again, really wish I had listened to my Contractor and never bought my windows and doors from them in the first place.
