Remodel looks great, equipment in working order. Sign up was easy and staff present and friendly. 24/hr access. If you're looking for a more catered gym experience, maybe find a different spot. But for a no nonsense, good price, it's perfect.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Some old fat guy all hopped up on steroids with anger problems tried fighting me because he didn't like how I dropped the weights as if it's planet fitness or something. I was assured when i signed up that there was no lunk alarm. Not sure if he was owner but it was very unprofessional and uncalled for. I wouldn't recommend anybody go there unless you don't mind the potentiality of being assaulted mid workout.

Friendly staff and top of the line equipment. I would recommend Fuel Fitness to anyone looking for a gym in the Billings area.

I called in today for help with my membership! Mason was super informative, friendly, and had a great attitude! Customer service isn’t always great these days, but everyone at fuel has always been extremely wonderful! Would highly recommend this gym!

Terribly managed gym. The executive team sucks.

Gym used to be 24 hours when I signed up. They've cut hours back quite a bit. If you are on a tight schedule this place isn't for you. I showed up at 4am when they open alongwith about 8 other vehicles. . Noone showed up to open for the 15 minutes I waited. Will be looking elsewhere.

I've been going to this gym all summer. The whole building is extremely clean, equipment is well cared for, and the staff is super friendly. I've never seen a machine or weight set be "out of service" for more than a day, and I have never seen so much as a paper towel on the ground in the locker room.

Visited this gym while on vacation. Found it to be extremely CLEAN with tns of good quality equipment. Plenty of room to move without being in other peoples space. Low pressure environment. High end facility. Highly recommend!!!!

Worst gym experience ever. I would not recommend to anyone starting on their fitness journey or anyone looking to get back into it after years off. Full of meatheads and d-bags who make you uncomfortable. Even more upsetting is they charge you an extra month just to cancel. 0 out of 5 in my opinion

I have been a member for about 7 months. Like everywhere else in town they have had labor shortages causing them to be closed sometimes. That is the new normal in Billings. I love this gym. It is ran great. The equipment is new and clean. I highly recommend Fuel Fitness Billings.

I’ve been a member of Fuel since December 2019. When I joined the gym. It was one of the best gyms in town. Open 24/7, closed only one time (Christmas), gym atmosphere, gym culture, and gym etiquette were better than other gyms in Billings. After Covid, the gym management changed, and not for the better. The gym has slowly been going downhill since the new gym manager took over. With multiple issues with hours of operation (countless closers), equipment being down for weeks/months at a time, cleanliness of the facility, damage to the facility, when it's snow the lot/sideways a rarely cleaned (ice building and slipping/falling hazardous), lack of gym atmosphere, gym culture, and gym etiquette is now the new normal.Would I write a better review? Absolutely if things changed for the better.
