I used to ship work materials every couple of weeks through this location. Expensive and sometimes heavy shipping, so we spend a lot of money with them. I had a piece of equipment that was in a UPS box and they wouldn't ship it. On top of that, I asked if we could just use a marker and cross out the one UPS logo on the box and they said they still wouldn't ship the box. Guess I'll spend the thousands of dollars to their competitor, and it's a shorter drive anyway.

Super slow and unhelpful. The shoes I was returning had to be returned through FedEx and not UPS, and they made the process so slow and difficult. Will not be going back again.

Best experience I've ever had with any mail carrier! Justin was very informative and professional. The gentleman who was helping him was also very helpful. 10/10 experience and I will be coming back and spreading the word!

I had FedEx leave a door tag at my place of work. One of the options was to change the location of delivery which I did to have at this specific FedEx location. I got a phone call saying that it was ready for pick up I showed up the dude is very rude and did not help me saying that my item was most likely at a different FedEx.
