“There are a few reasons to choose the Heights store over the Target on Central, here is just a few- open an hour later, cleaner and friendlier, more helpful and easier to find what I need, but my main reason is the Heights store doesn't lie about inventory when I place an online purchase (the Central store has had stuff in stock that they CLAIMED wasnt in stock but I found right away right where it should be but they have lazy pickers who can't be bothered). It is worth the extra gas and time for me to go to the Target on Main for those reasons.”

“Great staff at this location. We purchased a trailer and a dog kennel. When we pulled around to the back, there were trailers that were not on display. Jamal the manager took the time to figure out how to swap the trailers. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.”
“Mike who works in the animal department at the Westend store is absolutely incredible when it comes to customer service! When you ask him a question, he takes time to listen and then finds you an answer! He even went out of his way to find, and then bring back with him, the hard to find dog food I needed when he went out to the Hardin store! Most of the time when you ask about an item you’ll hear “sorry we’re out” but not with Mike! Mike goes out of his way to help you, and as a customer I really appreciate him!… and so do my dogs!”
“I hate dollar tree with a passion but this location specifically has more variety of items than other locations in Billings. This isn’t a five star review for the store itself but instead a five start review for an employee by the name ELI. I’ve never had a dollar tree cashier ring me up so quick and be so attentive to the customer. It didn’t feel like any other dollar tree experience I’ve ever had and I will only be coming back when I see ELI behind the counter :) Good job ELI. You deserve a raise!”
“The store is incredibly well-stocked. Everything was easily accessible. The help was not as helpful as they are on the west end. I would not shop there on a regular basis because of the lack of service.”

“Excellent service from the moment I walked in the door. It had been a few years since I had been in VS, and the lady offered right off the bat to measure me. As I walked into the other room, she had already coordinated with the other gal who helped me find the right bra. When I checked out, the line was long, so someone took me over to another register so I could be helped quickly. Not only is this store obviously amazing, but they also have a great team working there.”

I spend too much money but I feel like I always get a good deal, although it was better when items cost $1.00 instead of the $1.25, $3.00 and $5.00. I hope the boss changes the prices back to $1.00! “This Penney's is like an outlet store. I always find things for an excellent price. The service is not so great since they have had to cut back so much on employees. There is usually only one or two cashiers.”
“This place has been cleaned up a lot. Dollar tree started to go down hill when they were leaving boxes and stuff in the aisles and it took 15-20 minutes just to get checked out with a few items. Whoever works here now is much more in tune and I haven’t seen aisles of boxes for awhile now. I also wanted to give a shout out to an employee named Leena. She was very kind and courteous and went above and beyond. She also showed a sense of urgency when checking customers out. I haven’t been out of a dollar tree so quick. It was a pleasant experience. Go Leena. Give that woman and raise!!”
“We made an order online via the Target APP. We placed it while we were in Bozeman, and driving to Billings. We arrived and by the time we got there, the order was processed and I was able to walk right in and pick up my purchased item. We got great service and the order was correct.”
“I went to Walmart for some electronics. They had everything that I needed at a good price. The one thing I do not like is you have to wait for someone to get what you need out of a case. The world today is making it that way though so it's understandable. It is the way it is to stop the thieves.”
“I shop here to comparison price different objects. Not all items are reduced below other store prices. The Walmart advertising is misleading in this aspect.
Walmart generally has everything that I need in one place, which saves gas and time. I give it four stars because Walmart has eliminated practically ALL of its human manned checkout isles, and the customers don't get additional discounts for providing labor for such a large company. I am shopping at other large retail centers because of this. I may discontinue using Walmart at all if they reduce more customer services.

“It's a Walmart, hard to get into, tight parking lot, confusing to get out of. The store is pretty clean, and check out isn't bad. They weren't charging people to use Self check out while I was there.”
