Bad coverage and the worst customer service. App will not down load on their phone. And if you do get customer service their English is so bad you can not understand them, Cricket is just another "do not care about it customers company."

I was in to add a line, pay my bill and buy a new phone. When I got there I was told that the associate left to get someone a phone from another store but he'd be back. I waited for 20 minutes and the dude finally showed up. He welcomes us in he was helping whomever got the phone he had to grab and asked what we needed itols him to add a line, payy bill and buy a phone. He told me that it was 7:51pm and that they close at 8 and he couldn't help me. I told him it was his commission if he didn't want it that was fine and left. Thanks for wasting my time jackass

I went in to pay my bill and the guy working was awful. Absolutely did not want to help after a technical issue shut off my account. Business card said his name was Nate. Guess they don't make customer service like they used to.

Wife and son got new phones yesterday, only 2 cases to choose from. Wife didn't like case, so tried to exchange today and district manager refused. Terrible customer experience, planning to switch carriers when need new phones.

Daniel is absolutely amazing, He is knowledgeable about every phone in the store and truly cares about his customers. I have never been treated so kindly before. I had an issue with my daughters phone and he went above and beyond to try and get her phone working before suggesting a new phone. Absoulutely the best service!!!!
