“Had a rear window brake in one of my pick ups and needed a special order window to get it replaced ASAP. Fast brake auto glass ordered the window and had it delivered quickly and had it replaced in no time. Unfortunately, there was an issue with that window and I contacted them and they took care of it immediately.extremely happy with their customer service and will be utilizing them again. I also encourage you to consider them for your windshield and window replacement needs.”
“I can't recommend these guys enough! I was looking for tempered glass for our light plant, it was around 3 am while using it that I thought about trying to replace it. So I come on Yelp to do a query. Jason responded back very early in the morning. He made sure what I was trying to order was the best product for me. Once we were sure, he ordered it on a Thursday. Estimated a 7-10 day turn around time. He called me the following Monday morning at 8 am saying they were in. Not only were they so nice, professional, and easy to communicate with, but their price was half the cost of the next cheapest quote I had found online. Very happy customer in all aspects!”

“Traveling through Montana on a ten day family vacation and we needed to stop for an oil change.
Out of hundreds of oil changes in my time, this was, by far, the greatest.
Great eye contact from Gabe whom I spoke with on the phone a few minutes earlier, and he remembered our conversation, he was very pleasant, polite, and professional. The female tech coordinating all details with me had great eye contact, was gracious, sweet, and professional. The female at the front desk was poised, attentive, and polite.
The other colleague of theirs that I briefly interacted with exuded the same spirit as the others.
There was also a great motivating Master Lube training/points of motivation. poster in the restroom. Have never seen such a great thing.
Moreover, the entire establishment was super clean, and smelled clean.
The team at this Master Lube faithfully live their motto painted in their service bay: “Ladies and gentlemen treating customers like ladies and gentlemen.”
Great people doing great people, treating people with dignity, worth and respect.

“Kind of disappointed. I've been a customer here for years and have always loved the service. I spent $150 on an oil change and air filter replacement last Saturday. Afterwards my engine made this strange humming sound when my air is on. After it didn't go away after a day I brought it back Monday (cause they are closed Sunday) and asked if they can fix whatever is making that noise. The guy was friendly but just said "it's probably something loged in your intake, but I don't know" and said there is nothing he can do.
Update: changing to 5 stars. After this happened, Mike, that runs the master lubes called me and asked if I could come back to another location and they would find the issue and fix it. And if they couldn't they would pay to have it fixed. I wasn't expecting something like that so I was pretty impressed by the customer service. They got my vote.”

“I had such a great first experience that you now have a dedicated return customer on your hands. I made a 9:00 a.m. phone call (Cathy, you were wonderful) to learn that you had my windshield in stock and could do a replacement right away. By the time I arrived, you had already contacted my insurance company. I was able to bring my computer and work from your beautiful, comfortable, clean lobby and enjoy the beverages you provided. By 12:45 p.m., not only did I have a perfectly installed new windshield, but a vacuumed car, a beautifully handwritten thank you note, clear instructions on what to do/not to do with the new install, a $20 coupon for future services, AND candy-filled Easter eggs “hidden” throughout the driver and front passenger areas (I mean, what a nice fun surprise). Thank you all!”
