Not great. I walked around in circles for 15 minutes looking for something. There were about 10 associates just standing around talking while I searched for what I needed. Needless to say I went somewhere else where I was greeted and showed where the product I was looking for was located

Was at the store twice. Once to buy a surround system. Second time to buy a new washing machine. Nobody approached me to ask me if they could help. Took business across the street and as soon as I walked in the door was helped. Best Buy is not a good choice.

Used to be a great place, but has completely fallen apart. Store looks like a storm blew through with random products set in odd locations, including blocking the registers. Waited for over 10 minutes to ask a quick question, and had fun watching the employees maneuver around aisles to avoid customers. Used to buy a ton of items here, but will be returning a new item for a refund and will purchase it somewhere they actually help customers. Really sad what this store has become.

Was greeted and assisted right at the door, couldn't find the item. Asked and she found it extremely quick! Very impressive. I love the customer service change best buy has gone through.
