“Employees are the best. But inside the building is stark, unfriendly and cold atmosphere. Most employees are hidden in back. ATM is horrid location-so many people can't get close to the building, so stand out in the elements to do their banking. Is the bank liable if someone slips on ice, etc. and is injured? I've seen elderly people outside their cars, hanging onto the door frame while entering info. Many times cars are lined up into the street. Please put the ATM back where it was-in back (a lane is waiting), out of the elements & easy to drive up to.”

The drive through closes at 5:30, I pulled up in the commercial lane (so, lots of stuff) at 5:25 and was greeted with a smile. You sure don't see that caliber of customer service anymore.
