Two young men working this evening were very knowledgeable and helpful. Teagen(I think) tested my battery without the usual attitude I've gotten at other parts stores when asking for offered testing services. Saved me an unnecessary and difficult battery replacement for now. Thanks!

Im a mechanic and frequently visit most every parts store in town and online. 90 percent of the time if another store dont carry the part you need, autozone does!

The manager Brandon at the location on main Street in the heights was amazing to work with. He was patient, kind, and beyond helpful. If I could only deal with him when I needed AutoZone it would be amazing.... thank you again Brandon 10/10Sadly, an employee by the name of Kevin killed it for my husband tonight. Kevin was rude, and dismissive. He refused to look up our phone number to get a receipt for a return. Then when we found receipt in email Kevin laughed at the fact that we were given the wrong air filter, laughed that we had to come back, laughed at the fact that even though we found receipt he still needed to look up our phone number to complete the return and get us the correct air filter. I don't know that my husband will ever go back sadly because of Kevin this evening.

Brandon the manager was so awesome today when I came in needing things to get for my truck. His customer service was on point and he was very friendly. He made if very easy on me? Thanks again Brandon! I’d give you 10 stars if I could and will definitely be back.

Been there many times, 4/5 I have to waste gas to drive all the way back because they give me the wrong part. Then they act like it's my fault they gave me the wrong part. When you return an item that they order wrong and you use your 20$ rewards you loose it for good. Jamaal the heights manager was very disrespectful. Got handed off to multiple employees only to have the deal come back to him to handle, then he starts out by saying he doesnt know whats going on, and that i was working with someone else ( but he was the first guy i talked to)Had him rip a part out of my hands after I told him I didn't want to return the item there if I was going to loose my reward. Called there district office to inform them how there manager was acting and nothing ever came of it. Wont ever go there again because of Jamaal and I recommend people to stay away from autozone in the heights.

I went to my local autozone for the last time on 9/22/23. I had an autozone gold battery that I purchased and within 3 years it was no longer usable. The associate I spoke with said there was no record of the battery being purchased there when I had in fact purchased it from the store. They said I would have to pay full price for a new battery and that was that. From now on I will stick to Napa and orileys they have more knowledgeable staff and higher quality parts. They also keep better records and actually honor the warranty’s on the parts they sell.

The Manager Jamal at the Billings Heights store was very patient, respectful and understanding and handled my return professionally, after just entering the building for work and had missed the entire fiasco I had gone through dealing with employee Benjamin and his lil sidekick.Autozone return policy,” return an item in its original condition and packaging, with receipt, within 90 days of the purchase date to request a refund”.Which I purchased the day before, did not use, in its original pkg.Receipt in hand, debit card used in transaction in other hand.Really upsetting is how Benjamin made me wait while he came to lobby and took 2 customers, (1 to the back to get his radiator)that had arrived after me, and then returned to lobby again in avoidance until I approached him and asked if he was the guy I had been told was going to talk to me.Jamal 5 stars!!
