“Hanser’s representative did a fantastic first rate job. He was very professional, worked safely and rapidly and got us on the road as fast as humanly possible. Where we had broken down was extremely dangerous and was only 1 foot off of the fog line and directly on a slope in front of a train trestle making it treacherous to work with an 80 mph speed limit and non-stop semitrailers. The Hanser’s employee had to work on a gravelly slope while changing the shredded tire on my camper. I would absolutely recommend this company.”

“I hit some small animal on the highway at night. The damage was minimal, but needed to be fixed quickly (shattered headlight cover, plus front bumper damage). Leann and Dale were my points of contact and were obviously so competent that I was totally comfortable with my choice of repair shop. They were set back a day receiving the parts but still got my baby back to me on the original estimated completion date. Like it never even happened. Guys, I hope I never need to see you again, Lol. Thanks for a wonderfully stress free experience!”
“I had an issue with this loud snapping noise on my front passenger side tire. I called Monday, but they didn’t have time. I decided to wait for these guys until Tuesday rather than calling another mechanic because of the great reviews they had. And the reviews did not disappoint!!! They took a look at it and didn’t find anything wrong, so they didn’t charge me. Amazing!! The honest people of the world are few and far between these days. It’s always great coming across good people. Would definitely recommend!! Kind, polite, honest service. Thanks again guys!”

“I brought my truck in for what I thought was the fuel pump. They tested the fuel pump and everything was good. They took the time to figure out the exact issue. Called me every time they found something and asked permission to do repairs. Most places just do whatever repairs they think and surprise you with a bill. Castro Cepak Motorsports communicated everything, including the bill, with me. Highly recommend! Will be bringing my other vehicles to them.”

“I love this place and the staff there are awesome. They are fast and the pricing is excellent. Most notably, their customer service and communication are above and beyond most places in the area. I've had my alignment done at Staley's and the Break shop and Edam's pricing is better and their CS is better. I'm always surprised by how fast they get done with my car, and I think it's because they go with the underpromise and overdeliver model of customer service. They are friendly and helpful and have never once given me any sort of condescending treatment that is so prevalent towards women in this field. They are always respectful and helpful, and as I've said, the pricing is great too. Highly recommend.”

I only wish they didn’t require a full inspection - that they charge for - before they’re willing to do any work. Hence one star off. But I guess it is a very standard procedure these days for nearly all garages, and at least these guys didn’t push ridiculous suggestions like some other places do. And they were also honest enough to tell me a potentially defective part was actually still good, whereas most garages I know would’ve lied and charged me to replace it.
I’m pretty new to town and have only tried two other garages, but so far these guys have most of my trust.”

I wish my former employer used this automated system as it makes the functionality of the process so much more transparent and, I’m sure, relieves the employees of constant badgering from customers!
