Probably won’t visit again. The sizing isn’t very inclusive, tall gal with frizzy hair not very friendly, didn’t even acknowledge me when I came in. Wanted to purchase a few items, but got the ick and left.

This store won't accept a return or exchange. Stay away, and spend your money with businesses that actually take care of customers after the sale. Teenage daughter bought expensive jeans for mother for Christmas, now mom can’t exchange or return. This boutique is makes shopping local a joke.

I bought a pair of sunglasses right before Christmas and when I got home my husband told me to save them until after. I kept the receipt and never even put them on. After Christmas I decided, of course, the ones my husband got me were the choice I wanted to keep. I went to return the sunglasses and was ONE day past the 14 day return policy. They denied any refund or even store credit.

Some of he clothes in here are so so cute; the atmosphere is adorable and the shop has a really nice layout. I love the selection of different styles and colors. You can find tons of cute dresses and tops in here. The staff is usually okay. They haven't ever went above and beyond, or delivered excellent service but I guess it hasn't been terrible either. The thing that will forever stick out to me is the prices of the items in this store...it absolutely blows me away to see what they think people will pay for some of the items. I've bought quite a few things here but I have seen things for hundreds and hundreds that aren't even really that nice or "designer"... My most recent visit here, I was trying to get a fitting room but one of the staff members was helping someone else and didn't even respond when I went up to her asking for a fitting room. The other lady was patrolling the clothes they had outside their store. I just ended up not getting the item since I was having no luck getting a room. All in all, I think they have some of the cutest clothes in Billings; I just wish the service and pricing was better.

I love this store! By far my favorite experience is when you are looking at outfits they are looking for outfits for you as well. I joke and say I should just have you pick out my outfits for me because honestly many times that's what I choose! If you are attending an event chances are no one will be wear the same as you because it is not like a mall we're you can purchase 100s of the same thing. Love the store and love the people who work here. Always a great experience! I recommend this store to all women!

This is my favorite shop for getting gifts my wife loves. I've had excellent service every time -- 5 stars -- Plus they're locally owned and are always doing things to give back to the community, so that's just an added bonus.
