Sounds like it is not a storefront, just mail order? May or may not be a legit. business.

Chris Wilcox is a liar and a thief!Chris Wilcox grossly misrepresented a guitar I purchased online from his website. When I called him out on it, he started calling me a liar, a fraud, and an extortionist! Then he decides to back off and tells me that not only will he give me a full refund without a restocking fee. He even goes so far to tell me he’ll even pay for the return shipping! Once the guitar arrived back to him, zero communication and no refund.BUYER BEWARE!

I suggest that you not ask Chris Wilcox, the shop's manager, to do anything beyond what he's already done in listing an item, in my case a nearly $4,000 guitar. I'm about to go in for my fifth back surgery in just ten years and haven't been able to play guitar for over two years. Any person, let alone guitarist, should be able to conjure what that might be like. This surgery is going to be a big one, requiring several months from which to recover while affording no guarantee of reduction in pain. I’ve been on my back now, in bed every day for three and a half months and the surgery is still weeks away. So I could have something special to look forward to after I come out on the other side, I’d been searching online to find what I consider to be a holy grail guitar to keep in my home and look upon for inspiration. I've been playing, buying, selling and collecting guitars for many years and in this quest I’d looked at over 50 great guitars and narrowed my search down to just one. Suffice it to say, this endeavor took some time. The guitar I’d ultimately decided on was one of just four acoustic guitars Chris had loaded to his Big Fork, Montana website. Wow, I thought! Having a guitar shop in a place so off the beaten path in such a beautiful part of the world...that would be a dream job to me and others that I know. I'm acutely aware of not wasting anyone's time, including my own, so I’d tailored my request so it shouldn’t have taken any more than five minutes to fulfill. But instead of closing the sale, Chris opted instead to blast me and "my kind" in a highly.personal diatribe that must have taken him far more than five minutes to prepare. What a shame, I thought. I really wanted this particular guitar but wasn't about to be first lambasted and then part with my hard-won $3,999. I couldn't believe what I was reading. Chris is so clearly burned out that he seems to believe he's a martyr for the entire boutique guitar industry, which is filled with work and highly competitive. Had his assault not been so sickening I’d have given him the benefit of the doubt, thinking instead that he was simply having an off day. But I'm a retired professional and in all my years of working with all types I'd never been spoken to in such a manner. The "F" word, directed at my person, occupied space in every other sentence. It was beyond offensive. I sent a message telling him I'd been prepared to purchase that guitar once I received clarification on that five minutes worth of answers. He was so far gone I can only think he's on the verge of "going postal" on some unsuspecting prospective buyer. I felt compelled to at least attempt to set him straight so he might think twice the next time he had the "urge". Much like a child, his messages grew uglier as if in the midst of a maelstrom of lost composure. I wrote him one last brief message informing him that I'd blocked him and saying I never again wanted to hear from him or even think about that "Holy Grail" guitar I was after. When it comes to guitars there are always other opportunities. The one star I provided is required by Google in order to get to its review window.Pics are of Chris's website listing. There's nothing wrong there...I just added them for context. He’d done a good job of describing the item so it really couldn't have been any easier for him to sell me the guitar. The hard part was done. I suppose my message is this: Beware the sociopath next door!

Chris is a pleasure to do business with. He has turned his passion into his business, and it showes with his experience. When buying Guitars online you really need a shop like this with the knowledge to guide you through the process. I will be buying more guitars from Chris @ Roadhouse Vintage

Do not buy from here! I bought a guitar online and the condition was misrepresented. I've tried to contact their site and the seller with no response. Just go to Reverb.
