Last week I made the hard decision to say goodbye to my doggy Banjo :( I was unsure what to expect as I have never experienced putting a furbaby down before. Dr Shae and the staff were amazing!! She explained in detail the procedure, gave us time with her to say our goodbyes and treated her and us with nothing but compassion. I had heard from others that when you retrieve your pets cremated remains that they are typically in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box; I was blown away when I picked Banjo up today! She was in a beautiful wooden box with a placard engraved with her name on the front. Also included was a mold of her pawprint with her name carved into the mold as well as a vial of a tuft of her fur accompanied by a lil golden heart charm in the vial. Bigfork Animal Hospital made one of the hardest things I've gone through be a beautiful thing with the level of care my baby received. Thank you doesn't say enough! I will never use another clinic for any of my babies! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Our kitty was attacked by a pit bull. I called Bigfork Animal hospital, and they said to bring her right in. As soon as I arrived they took our cat (Diamond) in the back to give her medical care. They came out and told me she was stable and then did x-rays and blood work to make sure there was no internal damage or broken bones. They were very considerate, prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs immediate care for their animals. Thank you Bigfork animal clinic and our kitty is well on her way to recovery!!

Thank you for being there for our pups big and small today! You were all very kind and considerate to two of our puppers needs today! We appreciate having such a caring Veterinary office so close to home.

Thank you for the compassion during a difficult time with our kitty, Egypt. Although we lost her to cancer, the team in the office was amazingly supportive and caring. They scheduled a special time for us to say our goodbyes and that meant the world to us. I recommend Bigfork Animal Hospital for any of your fur baby needs!

I had to say goodbye to my feline companion of 13 years on October 2, 2019. As anyone who has lost a pet can relate, i did not "love" the visit as the rating suggests, but the staff here deserves a great rating. They were professional yet warm and understanding, and from the initial checkup to that final moment with my Hobbes i did not feel neglected or ignored, and they treated her with a level of respect and care that i would expect out of anyone who loves animals.
