BFD is by far the best drugstore in the valley. The amount of thought and knowledge that the owner puts into every last detail makes me feel secure about getting my meds from there. You will not get better service in the valley.

I highly recommend Bigfork Drug! Not only are the pharmacists friendly, but very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and efficient with your time. It is important to me that a pharmacy knows me by name and not just a number.Not only can you fill your prescriptions, but you can do some shopping too. So many neat, original, and daily items you may need in a pinch. Bigfork drug will definitely meet all your needs!

Friendly and knowledgeable pharmacists and staff. They go out of their way to address patient health concerns and give recommendations on over the counter medications/products. Always a smiling face greeting you in the pharmacy and whole store! They offer a wide variety of otc products and unique gift items. It’s so nice when you can shop locally and get what you need and not have to go into Kalispell, and to have such great customer service at the same time!

Won’t fill my prescription because of a national wide shortage. Great if you’re an existing customer, not so great if you’re a new customer.Rationing of drugs like this should be illegal.

I went to fill a prescription there and they charge double and triple what other pharmacies do. Shop around, even with insurance they will maxout your pharmacy benefits this way. I went to a local pharmacy in Whitefish and it was half the price, Costco and smith's were $12 and Bigfork drug wanted $65! So much for taking care of locals.

Hearing FOUR separate excuses as to why I couldn't receive the proper dosage of a particular medication I was forced to involve my insurance directly with Bigfork Drug personnel. When this did not explain the dosage correctly my doctor was forced to write another prescription...which has been on file for years.What was the most disturbing part...my insurance agent relayed to me...after speaking directly to BD...that I could go to another pharmacy if I felt I was being maligned. Well...Given FOUR excuses as to why I wasn't receiving the correct dosage was laughable...but I never did.

Do not use this Pharmacy if you have any other choice use Walgreens or somebody else in town in Kalispell they take forever to fill medications don't call you back when they're ready

Went in to refill my dogs meds.. I paid double.. and they gave a generic brand on top of that..sticking with Costco.

It's been nearly one year since I retired and left my friends and coworkers at Bigfork Drug! I still miss it every day!! My BFD family...so many wonderful memories!
