Unequivocally, the most ill-dispositioned auto mechanic in Montana - if not the country. Rude, dismissive and uncaring would be his better character traits. As for expedient service, forget it. Todd will get to your vehicle when it strikes his fancy. And don't dare ask him when he might get around to your car or he'll tell you, "You can take your keys and be done, right now." Save yourself a miserable experience, go anywhere else for your automotive service.

To say that this gentleman is a curmudgeon is an understatement. He's miserable and he's accusatory and he's obnoxious. The office look like a bomb went off in it paperwork piled two feet high . I wouldn't let him fix my bicycle.

We didn’t get a chance to use Todd as a mechanic as he is way too angry and he told me to fix it myself and he hoped he saw me stranded on the side of the highway.If you have any other options don’t go see this guy.His shop was a complete disaster I don’t know how you could find a screwdriver in that dump.Anyone with a shop like that you know is is unorganized.Fortunately we found a fantastic guy to do it in Kalispell at “Greg’s Kalispell auto “And we made our way there with a shredded serpentine belt .

He was extremely busy when we limped my truck into his business but took some time to talk to us before finishing the vehicle he was working on. He had ordered the part he thought we needed, just in case, and later found he had been correct. He worked a couple hours passed closing time, had to replace the alternator and do a lot of requiring of burnt wires. Total charge was just over $400! My guess was almost twice that!Service: Electrical

Dude is a good mechanic with an epic bad attitude. This is my second dealing with him. Both times have left me feeling angry and unappreciated. There will not be a third! I’m certain this is the reason he can’t keep help around his shop. Better have deep pockets and extreme self discipline to deal with this guy

Todd is absolutely the nicest and most helpful person we met in Bigfork. Our car had been stuck in the state park after a snowstorm and we had walked to his shop to ask for help since most places were closed. He went out of his way calling people he knew to see who could help us, given us advice, and offered to even leave his shop to help pull our car out although he had a lot of work that day. Thanks Todd for going above and beyond to help two city folks with no idea what to do! :)
